    Abstract: An adjustable scaffolding system adaptable to the progressive growth of a building during construction has a series of spaced uprights, each having a plurality of vertically disposed slots for the sliding engagement of the edges of a plurality of frames. The frames and a third slot on the uprights engage fastening means protruding beyond the edge of a floor slab of the building.
