    Abstract: The invention provides a rice seed coated with an agricultural chemical, characterized in that a rice seed is deprived of husk and the surface of said rice seed is coated with a binder containing an agricultural chemical. The rice seed is suitable to be germinated by maintaining the seed for at least three days at 20 to 40 degrees C.
