  • Patent number: 11927921
Abstract: The main element 2 is connected to the mechanism of the movement, having parts 4, 5, by an arbor about which it can turn. To this end, it comprises an attachment 6 for fixing to the movement, which is for example formed by a small ring arranged in the opening 9 of the ring of the main element 2. The attachment 6 is thus composed of the same material as the main element and is arranged in the same plane. By virtue of the attachment 6, the winding mass can make a circular movement about the arbor, when it oscillates.

  • Patent number: 11892806
Abstract: An oscillating weight (I) with variable geometry for a timepiece mechanism has a first and a second part (10; 20), and an axis of rotation (40) shared by the first and the second part (10; 20). At least one part (10; 20) is arranged in order to oscillate about the axis of rotation. A differential mechanism (30) is connected to the first and to the second part (10; 20) so as to vary the position of one part relative to the other through a rotational movement of at least one of the parts about the axis of rotation (40). Owing to the presence of the differential mechanism (30), the user of the watch can vary the geometry of the oscillating weight (I) directly and therefore the position of its centre of gravity, and thus adapt it to their lifestyle (for example, sport mode, normal mode).

  • Patent number: 11830682
Abstract: A display cover apparatus having a display cover for a push button on a push button switch, a holder for the display cover, and a housing. The display cover has lock hooks and the holder has a hollow interior, a top end with lock slots that removably connect to the lock hooks, a bottom end, a flexible retaining washer in a groove at the bottom end, and a locking key between the top end and the bottom end. The holder is positioned on a circular shelf in an interior of the housing. The circular shelf has an internal circular flange with a locking slot that receives the locking key to prevent rotation of the holder in the housing. The flexible retaining washer is positioned beneath the flange. The circular shelf and the flexible retaining washer prevent linear movement of the holder in the housing. • Patent number: 11822394
Abstract: A portable information handling system keyboard includes plural keys that each have a programmable variable-feel response to an end user experience with key interactions in real time. In one example embodiment, a magnetic-rheological fluid is disposed in a chamber of the key to pass through openings formed in a piston that moves downward with a keypress and upward in response to a biasing mechanism, such as a spring disposed in the chamber. Current applied to a coil around the chamber creates a magnetic field that varies the viscosity of the fluid so that key compression and range of motion associated with an input as well as key movement to a raised position are programmable to adjust based upon a sensed key position and movement.

  • Patent number: 11762336
Abstract: A system and method to determine angular movement of an arbor integral with a crown of a watch, the arbor being rotatable on itself in a longitudinal direction. The system includes a rotating reflector mounted on the arbor, and two emitter/detector pairs disposed on either side of the reflector, each including a light source for illuminating the reflector, and a light detector for receiving the light reflected on the reflector and for generating an electrical signal representative of the reflected light. A processor processes the electrical signals, and determines a parameter relating to the angular movement of the arbor. The rotating reflector is a cylinder of revolution and light absorption points are made on the circumference of an external cylindrical surface. When the reflector rotates in a regular manner and in the same direction of rotation, the representative electrical signal generated by each detector has a sinusoidal shape.
