Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods capable of establishing a communication session between a customer and an analyst. The contents of the communication session are analyzed to make recommendations of goods and services to the customer. Otherwise, the communication session may be redirected from one channel, for example, chatting to another channel, for example, voice call, to another analyst. The customer's information and the communication session details are retained, and provided to another analyst before the customer is redirected. Such systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products use real-time machine learning scoring algorithm to determine which analyst the customers should be transferred to, and thereby saving a lot of time for both the analysts and the customers, and significantly reduce misroutes by eliminating human errors.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are described for selectively performing one or more operations relating to an object of consent. The system includes (i) a network, (ii) a user device having an input device and configured to obtain an object of consent from a user of the user device via the input device, (iii) a server having a storage and configured to receive the object of consent from the user device, to perform at least one data processing operation associated with the object of consent, to store a result of the data processing operation at the storage, and to generate an agreement object associated with the object of consent, and (iv) a blockchain configured to receive the agreement object, to combine at least one of identity information or permission information associated with the agreement object, and to selectively store a consent record by the blockchain.

Abstract: Merchants provide incentives for customer transactions on accounts issued to them by issuers. Incentives include a merchant making a donation to entities with whom the merchants and/or the consumers have an affinity such as residence in the community. Each merchant can define the donation to be percentage of the transaction amount. Cryptographically secure chains are provided for uniquely labeling each such transaction and each such donation by way of incorporating role-based digital wallets and multiple synchronized transactional blockchains. Where the donations are used to purchase an Internet-of-Things (IOT) enabled system, real and/or near-real time usage information can be received and transmitted to the logical addresses of the customers and or the merchants so as to confirm efficacy of the donations.

Abstract: A system and method for real-time geophysical social grouping comprising customer profiles and venue profiles, wherein the profiles comprise expressed and inferred attributes, and a social grouping and recommendation server which utilizes machine learning algorithms on the profiles to generate recommendations for social group pairing, venues, and activities. Attribute matching provides optimized grouping between customers who share certain commonalities while also providing venues a system for locating and attracting ideal customers. Machine learning algorithms may be used to analyze profile attributes and identify patterns of commonality that would not otherwise be recognized. This system allows patrons to meet, dine, and socialize with one or more matched individuals at a venue that satisfies all participants preferences and attributes.
