  • Patent number: 11169559
Abstract: A pedal device for a vehicle includes a first link that is pivotally supported at one end and receives a pedaling force of a driver, a return spring that biases the first link toward a standard position, a second link supported so as to be pivotable in a direction opposite to that of the first link, and a third link transmitting force and displacement between the first and second links. The return spring has a first and second ends connected to the first and second links, respectively, A moment in which a tensile force of the return spring pivots the first link toward the standard position is greater than a moment in which the tensile force of the return spring pivots the first link away from the standard position via the first end.

  • Patent number: 11157034
Abstract: A throttle pedal assembly may include: a base; a pedal movably mounted on the base; and an adjustment member extending at least between a first reference location of the throttle pedal assembly and an adjustment surface at an end of the adjustment member. The adjustment member may be adjustable to adjust an adjustment distance from the first reference location of the throttle pedal assembly to the adjustment surface. The throttle pedal assembly may be operable to indicate a throttle level according to relative positions of a second reference location of the throttle pedal assembly and a third reference location of the throttle pedal assembly. Adjusting the adjustment distance may cause an idle position of the pedal to move relative to base and maintains relative positions of the second and third reference locations when the pedal is in the idle position.

  • Patent number: 11117639
Abstract: A rotatable folding bicycle stem includes a stem rotatably mounted on the standpipe with defining a stem rotating axis. An upper end of the stem terminates in a forwardly projecting O-shaped loop. A distance between the stem rotating axis to a center of the O-shaped loop is smaller than a distance between the standpipe rotating axis to the center of the O-shaped loop. A space between the handlebar and the frame could be reduced or became smaller by utilizing the present invention. The smaller folded size of the folding bicycle facilitates storage by users and is beneficial in that the bicycle may be stacked or compacted more tightly when loading in a cargo car of a container for delivery, thereby reducing a shipping cost for a single bike and increasing a loading quantity in single container.
