  • Patent number: 11268805
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a diffraction signal of each of a plurality of reference structures provided on a substrate is acquired. The diffraction signals are classified based on a similarity to generate a first data map. The diffraction signals in the first data map are used to interpolate data between the diffraction signals to generate a first interpolation data map. An actual dimension of each of the plurality of reference structures is measured. The actual dimensions are arranged to correspond to the diffraction signals of the first data map to generate a second data map. The actual dimensions in the second data map are used to interpolate data between the actual dimensions to generate a second interpolation data map. The first interpolation data map and the second interpolation data map are used to derive a calculation formula by which the actual dimension is obtained from the diffraction signal.

  • Patent number: 11259462
Abstract: Systems and methods for geospatial yield mapping by managing and modeling a system-based delay between crop location and crop sensing. The system stores a plurality of yield rate values indicative of crop yield detected by a sensor and a plurality of geospatial location values as time sequence data sets. The system then maps a yield rate value to a geospatial location value by determining an offset indicative of a total delay time from when the crop is cut from the field to when the crop is detected by the yield sensor. In some implementations, the delay value is determined as an integer multiple of a defined sampling frequency and is determined as a sum of a plurality of delay component values each indicative of a portion of the total delay time associated with a different one of a plurality of component systems of the crop harvester.

  • Patent number: 11243258
Abstract: A method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for determining a pseudo-optimal charging algorithm for a specific battery are disclosed. An electrochemical battery model is characterized based on the physical characteristics of a specific battery. An optimal charging profile is determined for the specific battery using the highly accurate electrochemical battery model. A pseudo-optimal charging profile is determined which closely approximates the optimal charging profile. However, the pseudo-optimal charging profile is comprised of simple building blocks which are easily and efficiently implemented in embedded applications having limited computational power/memory. An optimization process is used to determine optimal control parameters for the simple building blocks, trigger conditions and thresholds, and adaptation parameters for adapting the pseudo-optimal charging profile as the battery ages.

  • Patent number: 11221366
Abstract: Methods and software for electrochemical energy storage management including operation, planning, and valuation. The decision objective for operation is to maximize the total/remaining life-cycle benefit of electrochemical energy storage, subject to degradation and other operational constraints.
