  • Patent number: 11484180
Abstract: A dishwasher, dishwasher sprayer, and method of spraying utilize a tubular spray element with multiple selectable spray patterns that can be used during a wash cycle. In some instances, multiple selectable spray patterns may be supported through the use of a multi-walled tubular spray element having concentric wall sections that are movable relative to one another to selectively activate one or more apertures and thereby modify a spray pattern emitted by the tubular spray element. In other instances, multiple selectable spray patterns may be supported through the use of a multi-chamber tubular spray element in which different sets of apertures are in fluid communication with different chambers in the tubular spray element and flow is selectively controlled to one or more of the chambers.

  • Patent number: 11399693
Abstract: Ergonomic Intelligent Dishwasher comprising of closed-loop carousel system, tableware storage holder and a Wash-Pod. Individual tableware is inserted through an opening where the tableware attaches to a closed-loop, speed-adjustable carousel-system that moves the individual tableware, in a queue-fashion, through one or more wash cycle as the attached-tableware travels towards the tableware separation-mechanism. Tableware separation-mechanism is activated or deactivated for each individual tableware in the said queue on the carousel based on user-define setting or an internal quality-control process, thus, when deactivated, attached tableware on the carousel continues to travel through additional said cleaning cycle in the loop until such time when carousel-tableware separation-mechanism is activated. Once the tableware is discharged and separated from the carousel, the tableware is directed to one or more tableware storage holder.

  • Patent number: 11241722
Abstract: A method and system for removing hydrocarbon deposits from a heat exchanger tube bundle using an organic solvent. After contact with a heat exchanger tube bundle, the contaminated organic solvent may be treated to remove solids, base waters, and/or suspended hydrocarbons, and then again contacted with a heat exchanger tube bundle for the removal of hydrocarbon deposits. This allows for the removal of hydrocarbon deposits from a heat exchanger tube bundle in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. The treatment of the heat exchanger tube bundle is also preferably performed using a method and system by which, through contact of the heat exchanger tube bundle with an organic solvent, a large percentage of hydrocarbon deposits are removed from the heat exchanger tube bundle in a short period of time.
