    Abstract: A filter is disclosed that includes a filter cup, a filter insert inserted into the filter cup and having a substantially cylindrical shape and a terminal disk arranged at an end face of the filter insert and connected to an end of the filter cup. The terminal disk includes a circumferential rim configured to engage the end of the filter cup and is provided with locking means that positive-lockingly connects the terminal disk and the filter cup.
