  • Patent number: 9725226
Abstract: A container used in daily life comprises a container main body, and a pressure channel composed of a pressure transmission channel, a removal channel and an outflow channel connected in series. The pressure channel, attached to a wall of the container main body, has one end in communication with the removal channel and the other end connectable to a pressurizing component provided externally. The pressure transmission channel transmits pressure exerted on the inside of the pressure transmission channel by the pressurizing component provided externally, via a pressure transmission medium inside the channel. A wall of the removal channel is provided with a one-way valve allowing the contents to flow into the pressure channel. The one-way valve opens at the bottom on the inside of the container main body. The outflow channel is used for flowing out the contents from the container and preventing the contents flowing back.

  • Patent number: 9725297
Abstract: A fluid product dispenser is sized to removably receive a product package containing a supply of the fluid product. The product package includes an internally integrated fluid pump, and the dispenser includes a drive unit powered by flow of a fluid. Flow of the fluid powers the drive unit, which in turn drives the pump internal to the product package, resulting in dispensation of the fluid product in a product/fluid ratio that is independent of the fluid flow rate.

  • Patent number: 9681731
Abstract: A rotary dispenser-type cosmetics container in which, when a button part rotates, guide protrusions move along a bottom surface of a pumping guide formed on an inner peripheral surface of the button part and then an ascending and descending member ascends and descends, whereby a pumping action is conducted. Therefore, the container discharges contents in a fixed state in which the height of the button part is not changed, and is thereby capable of preventing contents from unnecessarily leaking due to pressing a button by an external pressure.

  • Patent number: 9648991
Abstract: A system and control method for an electronic liquid dispenser utilizes a motor to drive a pump mechanism from a home position in a dispense cycle for dispensing a metered dose of liquid from a reservoir. Upon initiation of the dispense cycle, the motor is started to operate the pump mechanism. Motor work performed by the motor during the dispense cycle is calculated as a function of motor current, motor voltage, and run time of the motor. Upon the calculated motor work exceeding a set point value during the dispense cycle, the motor is stopped and reversed to return the pump mechanism to the home position.

  • Patent number: 9592527
Abstract: A system for dispensing texture material in an orange peel pattern has an aerosol dispenser and a contained material. The aerosol dispenser is a container assembly, a valve assembly, and an outlet assembly. The contained material is texture material and propellant material. The texture material comprises water as a solvent/carrer, latex binder, fillers, and drier accelerant. The outlet assembly alters the cross-sectional of the outlet opening to correspond to a desired orange peel texture pattern. The valve assembly allows the propellant material to force at least a portion of the texture material out of the outlet opening in a spray pattern corresponding to the desired orange peel texture pattern. The drier accelerant promotes drying of the dispensed texture material.

  • Patent number: 9586222
Abstract: A precompression system for a liquid dispensing device is presented, that prevents liquid from being discharged until a predetermined pressure has been built up. The system comprises a pump for drawing liquid through an inlet and discharging it through an outlet, and a precompression valve disposed between the pump and the outlet. The valve allows liquid in the pump to reach the outlet once the predetermined pressure is established, and stops liquid from reaching the outlet once the pressure falls below it. The precompression valve comprises an elastic diaphragm normally closing the valve opening, with a concave surface facing the valve opening and in fluid communication with the pump and a convex surface in fluid communication with atmospheric pressure. The diaphragm may be stretched around a valve seat. Methods of assembling such a precompression system in a dispensing device are also presented.
