Abstract: A container includes a body having a cavity for containing contents. The container includes a flange arranged about a perimeter of the body a cover is affixed to the flange for enclosing the contents within the cavity, and a fracturable portion including a bend extending across the body bisecting the body into a first and second body portions. The fracturable portion defines a break path along which the body is adapted to fracture when a user applies a force exceeding a predetermined level. The break path has an initiating fracture point and a pair of termini, at each of the flange portions, to fracture from the fracture point in opposing directions along the break path towards each terminus. The fracturable portion has a plurality of fracture conductors spaced apart along the break path defining a localized change in rigidity of the fracturable portion to guide propagation of the fracture.

The upper cap may be selectively coupled to seal the spout opening, or may be magnetically coupled to a magnetic docking surface of a docking structure on the spout adapter.

Abstract: An example multi-chamber beverage container includes a first chamber containing a first fluid, a second chamber containing at least one second consumable item different than the first fluid, and a tab attached to a connector. The connector extends through the second chamber. The example multi-chamber beverage container further includes a first seal between the first chamber and the second chamber. The first seal is attached to the connector and is configured to be broken in response to activation of the tab to move the connector such that the first chamber and the second chamber are in fluid communication.

Abstract: An egg carton having base and lid trays that when disposed in vertical alignment (with the lid tray on top of the base tray) form a closed egg carton. The base and lid trays each include a pair of mating handle components, such that when assembled to form a closed carton provide both enhanced strength and ease of carrying the assembled carton. The handles also facilitate handling of the base and lid trays separately during manufacture, packing and transport, and during and after filling the base with eggs. The new base, lid and carton assembly are particularly useful when adapted for holding more than a dozen eggs, for example when holding 30 or more eggs in a rectilinear array of egg cells (arranged in linear rows and transverse linear columns), such as a 5×6 array of egg cells.

Abstract: A closure is provided for a pressure vessel or pipelines that can provide quick and easy access to the interior of a pressure vessel or pipeline and means for a pressure tight seal between the hub and door. The closure can incorporate means for mechanically fastening the door to the hub using an external split clamp ring actuated by a toggle mechanism. A locking mechanism can be provided to safeguard against unintended closure actuation and provides a layer of redundancy to the holding characteristics of the toggle mechanism. The locking mechanism can be interlocked to a pressure alert system to ensure any differential pressure condition contained within the closure is detected prior to disengaging the locking mechanism and actuating the toggle mechanism.

Abstract: A cup lid that has a lid body and a push piece; a push piece moving groove is formed on the lid body, a drinking opening is formed in the push piece moving groove close to a cup edge; the push piece is slidable in the push piece moving groove in a reciprocating manner and is limited in the push piece moving groove by limiting mechanisms, and the push piece can seal the drinking opening with a sealing element; further, the cup lid contains lifting mechanisms between the lid body and the push piece. The distance between the push piece and the bottom side of the push piece moving groove is adjusted while sliding the push piece, so as to reduce the friction against the sealing element and ensure a clean and hygienic drinking.

A sidewall can extend upwardly from the rim portion, and an upper surface can slope from a first end thereof to a second end thereof. A cavity can be disposed within the sidewall and above the upper surface. A drink aperture can be disposed within the cavity and formed through at least a portion of the upper surface to allow fluid flow therethrough. A slideable tab can be at least partially disposed within the cavity that can have at least two opposing sides that are generally straight, providing a track for the slideable tab.

The outer wall includes a plurality of inwardly extending tabs configured to engage a cover. The suture package further includes a cover configured to be received within the outer wall of the suture retaining member and to selectively engage the inwardly extending tabs formed thereon.
