Abstract: A method and system for streaming data from portable storage devices. Specifically, the disclosed method and system implement iterative data streaming from a portable storage device for remote storage operations, while requiring zero over-provisioning storage space for buffering incoming write operations to the portable storage device.

Abstract: An automated method and system are provided for comparing a source database and a target database that are intended to be kept in synchronization with each other. An application processes transactions that are posted to the source database and replicated to the target database. Before images of changes made to the source database resulting from transactions posted to the source database are collected into a first change log and then replicated to the target database. Before images of changes made to the target database resulting from replication are collected into a second change log. Representations of the before images of changes in the first change log are compared with representations of the before images of changes in the second change log that correspond to the same respective changes that were made to the source database and replicated to the target database.

Abstract: Described is a system (and method) for size-based organization of backup files within an object storage for efficient object re-tiering. The system may perform a specialized process to re-tier objects stored within an object storage by organizing backup files into individual or shared objects based on a backup file size. Accordingly, the system may initiate a re-tiering of objects immediately after performing an incremental backup to improve storage efficiency while at the same time retaining the ability to synthetically perform a full restore.

Abstract: A performance measurement indexing system indexes a data store containing data entries indicative of message processing by an application. The application includes a plurality of checkpoints, and the data store contains data logged upon each message traversing the checkpoints in the application. The performance measurement indexing system determines which data entries relate to messages that satisfy a delay condition, and limits queries run on the data store to those data entries, thereby increasing the speed and efficiency with which queries can be serviced.

Abstract: Methods and systems for generating a response to a query using an AI engine. One method includes translating a received query into a profile comprised of at least a query type and a priority. The method further includes collecting, based on the profile, a first set of data items from a first data file storing data categorized as general public data and a second set of data items from a second data file storing data categorized as personal private information and applying an AI correlation engine to the second set of data items to determine PPI-agnostic relevancy indicators for PPI included in the second set of data items. The method further includes masking, based on the query cluster profile, the second set of data items by replacing the PPI included in the second set of data items with the PPI-agnostic relevancy indicators.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed improving run-time performance of a database. A development database comprising code is accessed, at a computer system. Code of the development database is tested against a data set. Data statistics are generated, at the computer system, based on performance metrics of how the development database would perform using the data set. The data statistics and at least one suggestion to implement into code of the development database to improve performance of the development database are displayed at the computer system.

The program also performs object generation based on the second set of exchange tables and the set of shadow tables. The program further drops the set of shadow tables. The program also receives a set of application tables from the source system. The program further adapts the set of application tables to the higher upgrade version.

A process points to the correct scheduler queue in order to request content to be crawled, attaches to the proper queue, processes requests, queries the social network for content, parses the response and sends any new data to be saved to the system.

A predicate function for determining segment membership is applied respective of a linear timeline of events of the subset represented by a time of an event processed. A data record comprising identification of the entity, time, and respective segment is generated and stored. Data records are aggregated by respective identification of a segment and a time comprised therein, and at least one analytic measure respective of entities which identification thereof is comprised therein, is calculated and stored. Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing tracking or storing of equipment configuration data using immutable ledger functionality of blockchains. In various embodiments, in response to receiving a first request for first configuration data that is output by first equipment, a computing system might determine whether a communicatively coupled data repository contains the first configuration data. If so, the computing system might retrieve and send (to the requesting device) the first configuration data. If not, the computing system might send, to a blockchain system, a second request for identifying a blockchain containing a block containing the first configuration data.
