Abstract: A drip containing one-piece container for use with a fast curing solvent welding liquid, wherein the container comprises a body, a top, a first and second wall end, and a bottom. The container further comprises a neck, a dauber cap, at least two extensions, and a wiper disposed between the extensions. The dauber cap further comprises a stem extending from the lid and a dauber applicator connected to the stem, wherein the dauber applicator and the stem are stored within the container. The dauber applicator retrieves a portion of the fast curing solvent welding liquid through an openings and the wiper removes portions of the fast curing solvent welding liquid allowing the fast curing solvent welding liquid to fall back into the body of the container and keep the removed portions of the fast curing solvent welding liquid from dripping externally to the container.

Abstract: An assembly structured to clean the head portion of a stethoscope comprising a housing including a path of travel along which the head portion passes during cleaning. A supply of cleaning fluid is associated with a dispenser assembly which is cooperatively disposed relative to an activating assembly. The activating assembly is manually operated due to moveable engagement with the head portion as it travels along the path of travel. The activating assembly is thereby operatively positioned to activate the dispenser assembly when engaged by the head portion as it passes along the path of travel. The dispenser assembly delivers the cleaning fluid to an applicator assembly which distributes the cleaning fluid to the head portion and facilitates the cleaning thereof and removal of excess cleaning fluid there from.

Abstract: An adhesive container for use with a liquid adhesive, wherein the container comprises a body, a bottom, a side wall and a top. The container can include a stem extending from the lid and a dauber applicator connected to the stem, wherein the dauber applicator and the stem are stored within the container. The dauber applicator retrieves a portion of the liquid adhesive through at least one opening and the wiper removes portions of the liquid adhesive allowing the liquid adhesive to fall back into the body of the container and keep the removed portions of the liquid adhesive from dripping externally to the container.

Abstract: Removable two piece drip containing lids for sealing one or more liquid holding container having a neck and a neck opening are provided. The removable two piece drip containing lid can include a wiper lid portion having a central opening and a cap portion. The wiper lid portion can include a wiper housing for engaging the outside of the neck; an extension secured to an inner portion of the wiper housing; a wiper connected to at least a portion of the extension. The cap portion can be connected to the wiper lid portion. The cap portion can include an applicator cap; a stem connected to the applicator cap and an applicator connected to the stem.

Abstract: A sanitary disposable writing instrument for minimizing the transfer of bacteria, viruses and/or chemicals from one person to another is provided. The sanitary disposable writing instrument comprises a strip of flexible holding material having a writing implement with a writing tip attached to the flexible material. A grasping means is formed from a portion of the holding material. This grasping means allows the user to grasp the writing implement to write with the writing tip. The disposable writing instruments are provided in a series of instruments that may be removed, used, and disposed of leaving a subsequent, untouched sanitary writing instrument in place for the next user. A dispenser for dispensing these writing instruments and a method of making such instruments is also provided in this invention.

Abstract: The present invention may be used for applying fluids to a convex surface. A handle may be attached to a fluid dispensing assembly that may have a roller applicator assembly attached. The roller applicator assembly may have rollers rotatably disposed on a bracket with two of the rollers positioned at an oblique angle to an intermediate roller. The fluid dispensing assembly may have a body with a first fluid channel in fluid communication with a first fluid container in the handle and a second fluid channel in fluid communication with a second fluid container in the handle, and a piston in each fluid container. The first fluid channel may have an aperture adjacent a first roller and a second aperture adjacent the intermediate roller. The second fluid channel may have an aperture adjacent a second roller and a second aperture adjacent the intermediate roller.

Abstract: A barrel for a writing implement includes a barrel body having a gripping part, and a grip member of layered structure formed by assembling an inner member of a soft material and an outer member, and is put on the gripping part of the barrel body. The inner member is covered with the outer member, and at least one of the outside surface of the inner member and the inside surface of the outer member is formed in an assembly facilitating shape for facilitating putting the outer member on the inner member.

Abstract: A dispenser assembly includes an elongated container with a shoulder configured to interface with a scrubbing assembly. The scrubbing assembly includes a support structure from which a deformable tab extends. The deformable tab is configured to cooperatively engage a recess in the container. During removal of the scrubber assembly, the deformable tab is deformed, thus aiding in the removal of the scrubber assembly from the elongated container.

Abstract: A tool facilitates the insertion and removal of an ink reservoir unit, such as a cartridge, from a chamber of a writing instrument. The chamber is located within a drum that is coupled to a nib of the writing instrument. The tool comprises a main section defining, at least in part, an internal cavity for receiving the nib. The tool is configurable in a closed state, in which the nib is positioned inside the cavity and the tool clutches a grip portion of the writing instrument that is rigidly coupled to the nib and the drum. The tool is further configurable in an open state in which the cavity is partially open, compared to when the tool is in the closed state, thereby facilitating safe placement of the nib inside the cavity.

Abstract: A lipstick case includes a cylindrical case body and a tube axially movably mounted in the case body to hold a lipstick. The tube has a vertically sliding groove and a guide groove disposed at two opposite lateral sides of a bottom base block thereof. A limiter device is formed of a holder base, a limiter element, a spring member and a constraint member. The limiter device is fastened to the inside of the case body for guiding and limiting axial movement of the tube relative to the case body.

Abstract: To prevent malfunction of a rod-like body feeding container, a pipe member (4) is moved forward with respect to a leading tube (3) by utilizing a first engagement portion (8) in accordance with a relative rotation between a main body (1) and a leading tube (3), a rod-like body (M) is moved forward with respect to the pipe member (4) by utilizing a second engagement portion (9) independently provided with the engagement portion (8) in accordance with the relative rotation so as to be protruded from the pipe member (4) to be in a use state on the basis of the forward moving operations, and the pipe member (4) is moved backward with respect to the leading tube (3) by utilizing the first engagement portion (8) in accordance with the relative rotation to feed back the pipe member (4) to a non-use position within the leading tube (3).

In different positions, the rotating or sliding cover enables various functions of the flag dispenser. For example, the cover may be moved into a position to enable withdrawal of tape flags by a user. The cover may also be configured to move into a position that covers and protects the tape flags. In refillable embodiments of the writing instrument, the cover may also be removed to enable a flip cover portion of the flag dispenser to be opened to provide access to a tape flag chamber.

The slide pen includes (a) a pen core having a nib, (b) a tubular pen core slider having an open lower end, a pen core coupler, and guide ridges formed at an upper portion thereof, so as to allow the nib of the pen core to protrude through the lower end thereof and to allow the pen core to be held and coupled therein, and (c) a body casing having a tubular upper portion formed with a guide slot so as to allow the guide ridges of the pen core slider to vertically move and be fixed, a tubular intermediate portion being partially open such that the pen core slider is held inside so as to allow the outer circumference of the pen core slider to be exposed outside, and a conical lower portion having an open lower end so as to allow the nib of the pen core to be moved in and out.

A coil spring, a rectangular channel with a plurality of stops and a follower compresses the spring for increasing or decreasing the longitudinal force applied to the lead as it engages a writing surface. A knob rotates the guide tube to open or close a pair of jaw like grips for maintaining a pre-selected length of lead extending from the tip of the pencil.

Abstract: A writing implement core is positioned in a tube, which has first and second step-shaped ends with threads; a head sleeve is threadedly joined on the second end of the tube with the writing core sticking out therefrom; a shell is threadedly joined on one of the ends of the tube, and can be reloacted relative to the tube to adapt the writing implement for use as a chopstick; a cap is provided, which can be positioned around the tube to cover the writing core; a chopstick member is threadedly joined on the first end of the tube; when the shell is joined on the first end of the tube, it will cover the chopstick member, and the writing implement and chopstick combination can be used as a writing implement; the combination can be used as a chopstick after the shell is relocated on the second end of the tube.
