Abstract: A method relates to receiving, by a processing device executing a decision framework, a request comprising a plurality of attribute values associated with an opportunity to place an ad on one or more devices associated with a user, generating a state dynamic model comprising a plurality of state variables based on the plurality of attribute values associated with the opportunity, determining a plurality of utility functions, wherein each one of the plurality of utility function is determined based on at least one of the plurality of state variables, calculating a decision based on the plurality of utility functions, providing an ad to a selection of devices, tracking performance data for interactions with the ad, and dynamically improving performance of the system using the tracked performance data and a feedback loop.

Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media for a multi-party transaction decisioning system are provided. The system may analyze a purchase transaction associated with a first user and may identify that the transaction is associated with more than one party based on determining that an amount of the transaction is atypical for the first user. The system may identify a party associated with the multi-party transaction based on analyzing data associated with the first user. The system may generate a delegation request for a portion of the amount of the multi-party transaction to be delegated to the identified party and may transmit the delegation request to the identified party. Subsequently, the system may receive a payment transaction from the identified party, and the system may identify that the payment transaction is associated with the previously transmitted delegation request.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically optimizing online privacy recommendations for entity users. Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide for methods and systems for optimizing an entity privacy rights recommendation in online transactions. In certain embodiments, an entity user creates an account within an end user application comprising a graphical user interface configured to display one or more privacy rights education prompt and an entity user privacy score. The entity user is assigned a unique alpha-numeric identifier for the entity user within the entity user account. The end user application is configured to match the entity user to one or more online category good or service vendor according to the unique alpha-numeric identifier and provide an entity privacy rights recommendation comprising the one or more online category good or service vendor matched to the entity user.

Abstract: In an aspect, a cloud-based server can establish a communications channel with a merchant device over a computer network. The cloud-based server can receive product information characterizing a product from the merchant device via the communications channel. The product information can include at least one measurement characterizing the product acquired in real-time by at least one sensor communicatively coupled to the merchant device. The cloud-based server can calculate a remaining life of the product based on the product information received from the merchant device. The cloud-based server can calculate a real-time price of the product based on a plurality of factors including the calculated remaining life of the product. The cloud-based server can transmit a promotion to purchase the product at a discount to a first client device in response to determining that the remaining life of the product is less than a predefined threshold, the discount calculated based upon the real-time price of the product.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for tracking advertisement effectiveness. First information associated with desired advertising information is broadcast from at least one of a plurality of fixed information nodes. A mobile unit receives the broadcast information and outputs the desired advertising information. An advertisement counter is started at the time of receipt of the broadcast information and presence information is broadcast from at least one of a plurality of fixed monitoring nodes over a restricted broadcast range, which at least one fixed monitoring node is disposed in a predetermined fixed physical proximity with a vendor location. The broadcast presence information is received at the mobile unit and a presence counter is started in response to receipt of the presence information. At the mobile unit loss of receipt of the broadcast presence information, the presence counter is stopped.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for purchasing merchandise items at a desired purchase price. In accordance with certain embodiments, systems and methods are provided for specifying a desired purchase price for a merchandise item. Embodiments of the present disclosure may also provide systems and methods for completing purchases of the merchandise item when the purchase price of the merchandise item is less than or equal to the desired purchase price. Other embodiments of the present disclosure may also provide systems and methods to determine and/or adjust the purchase price for a merchandise item and notify the customer when the adjusted purchase price is less than or equal to the desired purchase price.

Abstract: A method for enabling real-time authorization of a transaction with pooled equity includes: receiving a transaction request message, the transaction request message including at least a public key of a cryptographic key pair and a transacting currency amount; verifying a balance of a cryptographic currency for a first blockchain wallet associated with the cryptographic key pair on a blockchain using at least the public key, where at least a portion of the balance is locked in a currency pool; generating a smart contract, the smart contract configured to initiate a first blockchain transaction on the blockchain for transfer of the transacting currency amount from a second blockchain wallet to a destination address, where the second blockchain wallet is different from the first blockchain wallet; and transmitting the generated smart contract to a node in a blockchain network associated with the blockchain for publishing to the blockchain.

Abstract: Technologies for adaptively embedding visual advertising content into media content include a computing device for receiving visual advertisements, an advertisement map, and media content from a remote content provider. Such technologies may also include determining a location of an advertising enabled area within an image of the media content, selecting a visual advertisement to embed within the image of the media content at the determined location of the advertising enabled area as a function of the advertisement map, and embedding the selected visual advertisement into the image of the media content at the determined location of the advertising enabled area to generate augmented media content for subsequent display to the user. In some embodiments, the advertisement map includes display conditions for each of the visual advertisements.
