  • Patent number: 12013996
Abstract: An electronic device displays content on a touch-sensitive display. A movement of a contact is detected. The movement of the contact is in a direction substantially perpendicular to an edge of the touch-sensitive display. A dock overlaying at least a portion of the content is displayed upon determining that movement of the contact satisfies a first movement-based threshold. The dock includes a number of affordances that, when selected, cause the electronic device to open a respective application that is available on the electronic device. While displaying the dock and in accordance with a determination that movement of the contact satisfies a second movement-based threshold greater than the first movement-based threshold, an application-switcher user interface is activated. The application-switcher user interface includes respective selectable representations of at least some applications that were recently used on the electronic device.

  • Patent number: 11893233
Abstract: An electronic device, while displaying a user interface with a favored navigation axis, detects first movement of a contact on a touch-sensitive surface that includes a first component along the favored navigation axis and a second component in a direction different from the favored navigation axis. In response, if first movement meets direction-lock termination criteria, the device moves one or more user interface objects in two dimensions in accordance with both components of the first movement; and if first movement does not meet the direction-lock termination criteria, the device moves user interface objects in one dimension along the favored navigation axis in accordance with the first component of the first movement. After meeting the direction-lock termination criteria, in response to continued second movement of the contact, the device moves user interface objects in accordance with the second movement without regard to whether the second movement meets the direction-lock termination criteria.

  • Patent number: 11887543
Abstract: A pixel drive circuit includes: a driving compensation circuitry, a data-writing circuitry, and a flip-elimination circuitry. By configuring the flip-elimination circuitry, the reference voltage can be written to the control end of the drive transistor through the independent circuit line in the compensation phase, thereby it is unnecessary to write the reference voltage through the data-voltage line before each writing of the data voltage. In the writing phase of the data voltage, the entire time of each writing can be used for the writing of data voltage without reserving half of the time for writing the reference voltage, so that the level switch frequency of the data line does not need to reach twice the normal light-emitting frequency, which reduces the burden on the display panel, greatly reduces the power consumption of the screen, and improves product competitiveness.

  • Patent number: 11867903
Abstract: A near-eye display device for virtual or augmented reality (AR), comprising of only a few, light-weight optical elements and offering high resolution and a large field of view. The device comprises a display positioned close to a user's eye and a concave, preferably partially transparent mirror, reflecting and focusing displayed images toward the user's eye. The display emits image forming light patterns from its side away from the eye and is clear transparent from its other side, allowing for a direct view through the display. This allows for a coaxial rather than the usual off-axis-configuration of the optical image forming elements, in particular the concave mirror and also the display itself, which may also serve as a second optical element if its surface has a non planar shape. These principles presented allow to overcome resolution limitations usually connected with simple optical configurations.
