Abstract: A snow goggle device includes a spectacle frame, two pivoting members movably connected to the spectacle frame, and a curved lens pivotally connected to the two pivoting members. Each pivoting member is cooperated with the spectacle frame to form with a first segment movable along a straight path and a second segment movable along an arced path, and includes a third segment synchronously movable with the first segment and the second segment. When the first and the second segments of each pivoting member are synchronously moved, the third segments drive the curved lens to move with respect to the spectacle frame between a closed position and an open position, synchronously causing a deformation of the curved lens. When the curved lens is at the closed position or the open position, the curved lens receives a stress that is smaller than a stress generated from the deformation.

Abstract: Moisture diverters attachable to a region above the eye and below the eyebrow that prevents sweat, liquid, moisture, or the like from entering the eyes of a wearer is described. A moisture diverter may include a substrate having an inner surface facing the wearer and an outer surface facing away from the wearer. The inner surface comprises a lower adhesive section and an upper adhesive-free section, the adhesive section releasably attaches the diverter to the wearer at a point above the eye and below the eyebrow, the adhesive-free section shaped or shapeable to abut or protrude from eyebrow region of a wearer and to divert moisture away from the eye.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a body protection product such as a wetsuit that does not require a troublesome and time-consuming step such as machine sewing, does not cause discomfort for the wearer, and does not result in a loss to the degree of freedom in terms of design. [Solution] A wetsuit (10), in which a highly stretchable and elastic sheet-shaped fabric is draped so as to match the concave and convex features of the body shape of a wearer and a plurality of fabric pieces (11) are prepared, an adhesive (3) is applied to the draping surfaces of the fabric pieces (11), and the draping surfaces are then pressed against each other and joined without stitching, whereby a three-dimensional clothing base (1) is formed. Next, an adhesive (4) is applied to the surface of the clothing base and stretching is performed, whereby the surface of the clothing base is covered by a stretchable covering material (2) formed to match the shape of the clothing base (1).

Abstract: Aspects herein are directed to a garment having a hood system comprising an outer hood and a yoke structure positioned adjacent and internal to the outer hood. The outer hood is affixed to a neckline opening of the garment along the sides of the neckline opening but is detached from the neckline opening in the back. The yoke structure is selectively attached to the outer hood in two or more disparate locations and is affixed to the neckline opening of the garment at the location at which the outer hood is detached from the neckline opening. The hood system is useable for distributing tension forces generated by pulling the front of the outer hood forward to, for example, cover a wearer's eyes when resting.

Abstract: A passive anti-fogging ski goggle is disclosed. In some embodiments, the goggle includes a moisture absorbing element or material, thereby reducing the amount of moisture within the space between the goggle and the wearer. In certain embodiments, the goggle includes one or more cartridges, which can be received in vents of the goggle and can include the moisture absorbing element or material. The elements can surrender moisture to the atmosphere under conditions within the normal range encountered on a ski slope.

Abstract: One form of the present application is directed to a protective foam face mask which includes a frontal portion structured to cover at least a portion of a face of a user, wherein the frontal portion defines an ocular cavity. The foam face mask further includes two side portions astride the ocular cavity extending rearwardly from the frontal portion, wherein the side portions are structured to cover the ears of a user, and wherein the frontal portion and the side portions are constructed of a foam. The foam face mask further comprises a mesh eye shield extending across the ocular cavity, wherein an outer perimeter of the mesh eye shield is encased in the foam of the frontal portion and the side portions, and wherein the frontal portion, the side portions, and the mesh eye shield form a unitary face mask structure.

Abstract: A fusing system includes an upper member and a base member. The upper member includes a pressing layer and the base member is associated with a last member. The pressing layer has a contoured portion that approximates the shape of a portion of the last member. The upper member can be associated with the base portion and a vacuum can be applied so that the pressing layer is pulled down onto materials disposed on the last member for purposes of fusing the materials together to form articles, such as articles of footwear.

Abstract: A helmet according to the present invention includes: a head frame being open toward the user's face, designed to cover the user's head, and having a rotation part at both sides; a face frame coupled to be turned up and down about the rotation parts and selectively closing the opening of the head frame; and a sun visor disposed at an upper portion of the face frame and coupled to be turned up and down about the rotation parts, in which the sun visor is turned up with the face frame when the face frame is turned up to open the opening of the head frame, and is fixed regardless of rotation of the face frame when a predetermined rotational limit is reached.

Abstract: The invention is directed to ski goggles having a frame with a frame back side directed toward the wearer's face during use. A frame front lies opposite the frame back side and a frame edge is directed laterally outward with an upper frame-edge portion. A goggle lens is supported by the frame and a retaining strap, during normal use, holds the ski goggles on the wearer's head. A spoiler can be releasably connected to the upper frame-edge portion.

Abstract: Embodiments herein employ a novel strategy based on a floating cellular liner that acts as a torsional suspension system to dampen rotational acceleration, such as head acceleration in a helmet, in response to an oblique impact. Specifically, the torsional suspension consists of an anisotropic cellular liner that is at least partially recessed inside a more rigid adjacent shell, relative to which the cellular liner can simultaneously undergo translation and in-plane compression.

Abstract: A ring-shaped member is arranged for engaging with an opening of a glove to form a circumferential trough around the opening of the glove. A glove and a method of manufacturing a glove comprise a conical collar forming a circumferential trough around the opening of the glove and where the collar comprises such ring-shaped member. The ring-shaped member comprises a first annular portion of a conical shape, a second annular portion of a conical shape, and a central annular portion in between the first and the second annular portions. The ring-shaped member is foldable about the central portion to attain a folded configuration wherein the second annular portion is folded down to lie essentially alongside the first annular portion.

Abstract: An undergarment that provides improved seam stretch, includes a center-front pouch, a front-side-and-rear panel and, in some embodiments, a crotch gusset panel. The front-side-and-rear panel is joined to the center-front pouch on either side of the center-front pouch. The center-front pouch is composed of two layers of material, an inner layer and an outer layer, the inner and outer layers and being joined by a center seam of the center-front pouch. In certain embodiments, each leg hem is a combination feature comprising a self-turnback fold, bonded with adhesive stretch tape. The material is configured to be folded about the second diametric axis into a triangle to align the openings of the first pair of openings. Abstract: The pant of the present invention is specifically inspired and configured for use in the motor vehicle industry. The pant may be scratchless, meaning that the pant does not have any exposed features that are capable of scratching the finish on a motor vehicle. For example, the pant may comprise a concealed waistband closure mechanism. The pant may also comprise a scratchless security pocket, which is predisposed toward a closed position and thus does not require the use of buttons or the like. The pant may also be configured to provide enhanced mobility and comfort, allowing a wearer a range of movements without interference from his or her clothing.
