In a preferred embodiment, the PBT elastomer composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a PBT resin; 10 to 120 parts by weight of an environmentally friendly plasticizer; and 10 to 120 parts by weight of a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPEE) resin.
