  • Patent number: 11938366
Abstract: A free weight training protection device includes a rack, two transmission modules, a control module and a barbell. The rack includes hanger structures which are configured to be laterally symmetrical to each other. The two transmission modules are configured to be laterally symmetrical to each other. Each transmission module includes a motor, sprockets, chains, pulleys and ropes. When a controller executes a fitness program, the controller operates the motor, so that the rope maintains a basic tension which is a very small tension and will not affect the hand feel of heavy training. If the barbell has an abnormal position or displacement, the controller will start a protection program to prevent the barbell from falling and move the barbell upward, so as to provide protections to users.

  • Patent number: 11883717
Abstract: A weightlifting machine includes a frame assembly having a plurality of pulleys that are connected to a user grip and plurality of weighted panels. A plurality of proximity sensors are positioned along the frame assembly and function to identify a specific number of weighed panels being lifted during an exercise routine. A location sensor is provided along the frame assembly and functions to identify the speed and distance at which the weighted panels move. A system controller is communicatively linked to each of the sensors, and a motor is connected to the cable and pulley assembly. The system controller includes functionality for selectively activating the motor to aid or resist the user in moving the weighted panels based upon the sensor information. The system controller further including a memory and communication unit for storing exercise information of the user.

  • Patent number: 11794055
Abstract: An electromagnetically controlled wheel resistance adjusting device includes a motor, a magnetic tile, a potentiometer, a circuit board, a socket, a connecting rod and an output gear. The socket, the motor and the potentiometer are electrically connected to the circuit board, respectively. An external controller may, through the socket and the circuit board, provide power to the motor and control operation of the motor. The external controller may, through the socket and the circuit board, provide power for the potentiometer and receive an output voltage sent by the potentiometer. The motor drives the magnetic tile to move through the output gear and the connecting rod. The output voltage of the potentiometer varies with the rotation angle of the output gear. The external controller may drive the magnetic tile to rotate through the motor, and determine the moving angle of the magnetic tile through the output voltage of the potentiometer.

  • Patent number: 11738250
Abstract: A motorized treadmill includes a base, an endless belt movable relative to the base for allowing a user to exercise thereon, a motor coupled to the endless belt for driving the endless belt to rotate, a current sensor coupled to the motor, and a controller in communication with the motor and the current sensor. The current sensor is configured to detect a motor current of the motor when using the motorized treadmill. The controller is configured to analyze fluctuations of the motor current to determine whether objects or children interfere with rotation of the endless belt. When the current sensor detects a current change not associated with the user of the motorized treadmill, the controller determines that the endless belt is interfered by objects or children and stops operation of the motor to slow or stop rotation of the endless belt.
