Abstract: A foldable bag 31 for storing items in an automobile comprises a roller assembly 19 for extending and retracting purpose, suction cups 10 and supporting brackets 11 12 for attaching, a roller tightener 29, an extension web 30, a bag 31 which can be folded in compacted form, an opening and closing frame 32 33 34, and rigid back panel 38 covered with soft vinyl and upon which an elastic band 39 is hung for additional attachment.
Abstract: A meat stuffing machine that operates under vacuum conditions during loading for the purpose of improving the homogeneity of the final product. The machine consists of: a tank supported on a machine frame, which includes a duct connecting it to a vacuum source, a duct for loading meat, and a recess on a side of the tank which houses a pneumatic cylinder used to push the meat product toward the bottom of the tank. An interchangeable gauging cavity contains a pusher means operated by a pneumatic cylinder. The gauging cavity is connected to a plate that is slidably secured to a flat wall of the machine frame, which has an aperture connecting to the tank and a second aperture that leads to a hollow tube that supports a casing. Once the gauging cavity is filled with meat product it slides to the second aperture and fills the casing supported by the hollow tube.
Abstract: A disposable specimen cup and bracket for holding the same comprising a bracket with bendable arms designed to fit over the rim of a toilet bowl and extending into the toilet bowl and having a hole for receiving a sample cup which funnels fluids to the center and is designed to sit upright on a stand or within the bracket hole when the bracket is within the toilet bowl.
Abstract: A toilet seat lifter for attachment to a toilet seat as an aid for raising and lowering the toilet seat without the need to actually touch the toilet seat. The lifter attaches to the bottom of the toilet seat and engages with the spacer bumper common on the bottom of toilet seats. When the lifter is attached to the bottom of the toilet seat, the handle portion of the lifter extends beyond the peripheral edge of the toilet seat.
Abstract: A height-adjustable sink assembly capable of continuously variable adjustment through a predetermined range of motion. The present invention includes a sink coupled to a linear motion mechanism for reciprocal movement relative thereto. The sink is supported by at least one force generating device which is actuated in response to a remotely located switch assembly. The force generating device selectively permits and restricts reciprocal adjustable motion of the sink.
Abstract: A bicycle rack for use when towing a fifth-wheel trailer, which generally comprises a structural support means, a means to attach and suspend one or more bicycles from said structural means and a means to attach and secure said structural support means to the hub apparatus of the fifth-wheel trailer such that the bicycle(s) are secured and suspended in front of the trailer and above the bed of the towing vehicle.
Abstract: An inflation nozzle for inflating cargo air bags having a main body through which compressed air flows to an outlet in a nozzle tip and a handle pivoted to the main body carrying at its end adjacent the nozzle tip a spring-loaded closure for closing off the outlet when the inflation nozzle is out of engagement with the cargo air bag valve. The body and handle are spring loaded whereby the handle can be squeezed and slid into engagement with the air bag valve; and, on release, the nozzle tip protrudes into the air valve opening it and completing locking of the nozzle to the valve.
Abstract: A system for recovering vapor and liquid emerging from a tank as it is being filled, in which the volumetric flow of a recovery pump that withdraws the vapor through a recovery tube is made equal to the volumetric flow of a fuel delivery pump with a microprocessor. The microprocessor can also modify the volumetric flow of the recovery pump in response to variations in the hydraulic pressure at the inlet side of the recovery pump.
