The latch may only be disengaged from the frame when the locking extension is aligned to be received by a slot in the pendulum when the fixture is rotated to the home location.

A mounting bracket enables the inlet valve to be mounted at various locations in the structure and a pair of seals enables the inlet valve to be open to the ambient atmosphere.
