Abstract: A method and apparatus for a reinforced bladder are provided. The reinforced bladder comprises a bladder with a cross-sectional shape formed of a polymeric material and a number of reinforcements. Each of the number of reinforcements covers only a portion of the cross-sectional shape such that part of the cross-sectional shape remains uncovered by the number of reinforcements.

Abstract: A stereolithography apparatus includes a supporting frame assembly, a tank supported on the supporting frame assembly, a vertically moving module, and a build platform. The tank has an anchored portion anchored to the supporting frame assembly. The build platform is vertically moved relative to the tank by the vertically moving module. After a resin layer is solidified and adhered to the bottom of the tank and the build platform, the tank is peeled away from the resin layer starting from a portion of the resin layer adjacent to the anchored portion and partially moves upward relative to the supporting frame assembly around the anchored portion when the build platform leaves the supporting frame assembly. To further reduce the separation force between the cured resin layer and the tank, the bottom of the tank is covered with materials that are transparent, chemically resistant, impact resistant or/and elastic.
Abstract: A polystyrene product remanufacturing apparatus includes a cabinet assembly having four or more side walls, including a front panel, two side panels, and a back panel, a top, and a bottom to create an interior space for used polystyrene products, the front panel includes two hinged doors, first door hinges on a vertical edge of the front panel to provide access to the space for placement of used polystyrene products and the second door hinges proximate a lower horizontal edge of the front panel to retrieve densified polystyrene products; a plurality of radiant heat sources for controlled temperature in the cabinet, positioned proximate the top panel, two side panels, bottom panel, and centered above the bottom panel; and two or more drawers positioned proximate bottom panel and removable through the second door.
Abstract: A whisk comprising: a whisk handle, a bushing fixedly attached to the whisk head end of the whisk handle; at least two generally spiral grooves located on the interior surface; a bushing fixedly attached to whisk head end of the whisk handle; an extension member in rotatable and slideable communication with the whisk handle and the bushing, at least two engagement members extending orthogonally from the extension member and slideably engage with one of the grooves; a spring rod, with a whisk head end and a cap end, located within the extension member; an integral cap located on the cap end of the spring rod; a compression spring, in slideable communication with the spring rod, the whisk head end of the compression head pushing against the whisk head base, the cap end of the compression spring pushing against the integral cap.
Abstract: A machine-side ejector assembly for an injection molding machine having a mold mounting plate includes an ejector plate which is movable relative to the mold mounting plate, and a rotatable shaft having one end received by the ejector plate. An indexing plate is connectable to the rotatable shaft, with a rotary drive, disposed on or in the ejector plate, for rotating the indexing plate via the rotatable shaft.
