Abstract: A facility for annotating portions of a document shown in a visual representation of the document with annotations reflecting aggregated document activities performed with respect to the portions is described. The facility specifies a visual representation of at least part of the document. For each of at least two portions of the document that are not identical and that are represented in the specified visual representation, the facility attaches to locations in the document's visual representation corresponding to the portion a visual annotation reflecting an aggregation operation against document activities performed with respect to the portion.

Abstract: A semantic based document editor is provided. An application such as a document processing application displays previews of a document. The previews include semantic styles. In response to a selection of one of the previews, a semantic style associated with the selected preview is applied to a section of the document. The semantic style is rendered in the selected preview. A suggestion is displayed on the section. The suggestion identifies the section. The suggestion is also formatted based on the semantic style.

Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may include instructions stored thereon for propagating changes to copied text. When executed by at least one processor, the instructions may be configured to cause a computing system to at least present copied text within a user interface of the computing system, monitor the user interface for changes to the copied text, receive a change to the copied text, the change including replacing a first instance of a first word, within the copied text, with a first instance of a second word, and in response to receiving the change to the copied text, present a prompt to replace, within the copied text, a second instance of the first word with a second instance of the second word.

Abstract: A method of computerized presentation of a plurality documents is disclosed. There is at least one original document with at least one original document page, and an addendum document with at least one addendum document page. A first selection of the at least one original document is received. There is a page sequencing array defined by an arrangement of each original document. A second selection of the addendum document is received. Each of the at least one addendum document page is correlated to an original document page. A document set is generated using the first selection and the second selection. For each addendum document in the document set, a priority identifier is determined. A document set view is generated from the document set with the original document pages and the addendum document pages, and is defined by an ordered page selection according to the page sequencing array.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for in-context editing of websites and other output presentations via automatic pattern detection. One embodiment involves an editor application receiving an output presentation. The output presentation is generated based on at least one source element from at least one source file. The editor application identifies at least one pattern among multiple output elements in the output presentation. The at least one pattern corresponds to the at least one source element. The editor application determines a modification to the source element corresponding to a modification to at least one of the output elements. The modification to the source element is determined based on identifying the at least one pattern. The editor application applies the corresponding modification to the at least one source element responsive to receiving the modification to the at least one output elements.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for combining a first annotation and a second annotation in an electronic document. The first annotation is received and corresponds to a first portion of the electronic document. The second annotation is received and corresponds to a second portion of the electronic document. A first position of a layout rendering of the first annotation is determined, and a second position of a layout rendering of the second annotation is determined. The first position of the layout rendering of the first annotation is compared to the second position of the layout rendering of the second annotation. When the first position conflicts with the second position, the first annotation and the second annotation are combined to form a stacked annotation.

Abstract: A system of associating text items with fillable fields of an electronic fillable form may identify an electronic fillable form comprising one or more fillable fields and one or more text items, and for one or more pairs of fillable fields and text items, determine a confidence value associated with the pair. The system may determine a first configuration for the electronic fillable form, determine an overall confidence value for the first configuration, and identify one or more orphan fields from the determined configuration. The system may determine a second configuration for the electronic form, determines an overall confidence value for the second configuration, and in response to the overall confidence value for the first configuration exceeding the overall confidence value for the second configuration, selects the first configuration, otherwise, selects the second configuration. The system creates an association map for the selected configuration.

The computing device then provides a link or embed code for the digital media item for posting on a web site, wherein accessing the link or embed code causes the output of the trim operation to be presented to a user.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a method for providing access to a data object from within a spreadsheet included in a spreadsheet application. The method includes associating the data object with a first cell of the spreadsheet, wherein the data object is related to a parameter, and the first cell is identified by a cell reference, receiving an input that is related to a second cell of the spreadsheet and includes an expression that specifies the parameter and the first cell reference, and replacing the first cell reference specified by the expression with the data object, wherein a value for the second cell may be determined by applying the parameter to the data object specified in the expression.

A first web page identified by a first uniform resource locator (URL), the first web page comprising a content item. The first URL is stored in a memory element. After a predetermined period of time elapses, a second URL associated with a second web page rendered by the browser is identified. A discrepancy between the first URL and the second URL is detected. Responsive to the discrepancy detection, the content item is identified as ineligible for participation in an online auction system.

Abstract: Apparatuses, methods and storage medium associated with rendering a web page are disclosed herein. In embodiments, a method may include rendering, by a main thread of a browser, one or more non-image objects of the web page; decoding in parallel, by an image decoder of the browser, an image of the web page, while the main thread renders the one or more non-image objects of the web page.
