  • Patent number: 11291373
Abstract: A temperature sensor (210) measures a temperature inside clothes being a temperature inside the clothes worn by a user. The acceleration sensor (220) detects acceleration applied to the user. A processing device (100) estimates a deep body temperature that is a temperature inside the body of the user based on the temperature inside the clothes measured by the temperature sensor (210) and an acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor (220).

  • Patent number: 11272873
Abstract: A cognitive function evaluation device includes an acquisition unit that acquires body motion data representing a body motion of a person to be evaluated during walking; a calculation unit that calculates a displacement of a body of the person to be evaluated during walking based on the acquired body motion data; and an evaluation unit that evaluates a cognitive function of the person to be evaluated based on a frequency peak representing a cycle of walking of person-to-be-evaluated obtained by performing a frequency analysis on the calculated displacement, and to output the evaluation result.

  • Patent number: 11219407
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a technique of quantitatively measuring physical properties including both of viscosity and elasticity. A viscoelasticity measurement system includes a measurement apparatus, a processor, and a display apparatus. The measurement apparatus includes a movable unit continuously pressed against a measurement object, a first sensor outputting acceleration information corresponding to an acceleration of pressing-directional movement of a contact portion of the movable unit with respect to the measurement object, and a second sensor outputting reactive force information corresponding to a reactive force applied to the contact portion of the movable unit with respect to the measurement object. The processor calculates first information on an elasticity component of the measurement object and second information on a viscosity component of the measurement object based on the acceleration information and the reactive force information.

  • Patent number: 11207013
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to estimating an interior diameter of a hollow organ. As such, one aspect of the present disclosure relates to a system that can include a light-based distance sensor and a device housing the light-based distance sensor located within the hollow organ. The light-based distance sensor can include an emitter and a detector. The emitter can transmit a conical beam of light to an inner surface of a hollow organ. The detector can receive a portion of the light back-reflected from the inner surface of the hollow organ. The device can determine a volume of the hollow organ based on a signal related to the back-reflected portion of the light, which can be based on a distance between the light-based distance sensor and the inner surface of the hollow organ.
