    Abstract: Certain aspects direct to a system having at most four service processors (SP's). Each of the at most four SP's is assigned with a logical unit number (LUN) of 0 to 3. When the SP receives a message packet, the SP identifies the message packet based on the header of the message packet. The header uses a LUN field to identify a corresponding SP as a destination of the message packet. For the LUN 0 SP, when the message packet is identified as a request message packet for the LUN 0 SP, the SP processes the request message packet to generate a corresponding response message packet. When the message packet is identified as a request message packet for other SP's (LUN 1-3), the SP saves a copy of the header of the request message packet for later response use, and forwards the request message packet to the destination.

    Abstract: There is herein described a method for transmitting data packets from a first device through a switch to a second device. The method is performed at an intercepting device intermediate the first device and the switch device. The method comprises receiving a first data packet from the first device, determining that the first data packet is to be transmitted to the second device and determining whether the first data packet is of a first type that can not be transmitted from the intercepting device to the second device through the switch. If it is determined that the first data packet is of the first type, the method comprises encapsulating the first data packet within a second data packet, the second data packet being of a second type that can be transmitted from the intercepting device through the switch to the second device, and transmitting the second data packet through the switch to the second device.

The apparatus comprise a modem that determines frequencies at which a transceiver of a wireless device is susceptible to interference generated by a different transceiver of the wireless device, and that modifies a search for a radio access network based on the one or more frequencies. The first transceiver may be susceptible to the interference by means of transmission of the interference through one or more circuits within the wireless device. A threshold power level may be modified based on an estimate of the power of the interference. The threshold power level may be used to determine presence of a pilot signal. The interference may be modeled based on a list of frequencies associated with one or more subscriptions of the wireless device. An order of searching for pilot signals may be modified.
