Abstract: An autonomous floor cleaning robot includes a body, a controller supported by the body, a drive supporting the body to maneuver the robot across a floor surface in response to commands from the controller, and a pad holder attached to an underside of the body to hold a removable cleaning pad during operation of the robot. The pad includes a mounting plate and a mounting surface. The mounting plate is attached to the mounting surface. The robot includes a pad sensor to sense a feature on the pad and to generate a signal based on the feature, which is defined in part by a cutout on the card backing. The mounting plate enables the pad sensor to detect the feature. The controller is responsive to the signal to perform operations including selecting a cleaning mode based on the signal, and controlling the robot according to a selected cleaning mode.

Abstract: A golf brush with ramp housing is an apparatus intended to clean golf clubs in a user-friendly and versatile manner. To accomplish this, the apparatus includes a ramp shaped housing with a plurality of bristles. More specifically, the apparatus is a golf brush that may be fixed on the ground, hung up on a golf bag, or handheld, according to the user's preference. To that end, the golf brush includes a stepping platform with at least one gripping groove on which the user may step on while pulling a clubface upward across a plurality of bristles. Further, the golf brush includes a fastener port that provides versatility and ease of use and transportation. Furthermore, the ramp housing comprises a plurality of stabilizers, a wedge channel and a plurality of finger grooves for user-friendly and safe operation of the golf brush.

Abstract: A processing apparatus includes a chuck table for holding a workpiece that has a mark representing a crystal orientation, a processing unit, a cassette stage for placing thereon a cassette for storing a plurality of workpieces therein, a temporary rest table, a spinner table, a robot for delivering a workpiece, a determining section for determining whether a workpiece has been properly processed or has not been properly processed, and a control unit for performing a control process for orienting the mark of the workpiece in a predetermined direction if the determining section determines that the workpiece has been properly processed and storing the workpiece in the cassette, and performing a control process for orienting the mark of the workpiece in a direction different from the predetermined direction if the determining section determines that the workpiece has not been properly processed and storing the workpiece in the cassette.

Abstract: A pole sander is provided including an elongate body including a passageway for passage of air, an electric motor, and a sanding head attached via a pivot mechanism to a first end of the elongate body. The sanding head includes a hood including a plate and a sidewall to form a chamber, an output spindle projecting from the hood and rotatably driven by the electric motor, and a tubular passage including a first end forming an opening and a second end coupled to an aperture formed through the plate. A flexible pipe is disposed between the passageway at the first end of the elongate body and the opening of the tubular passage to fluidly connect the passageway to the chamber. The tubular passage is oriented at least partially around a portion of the output spindle in a turning direction of the output spindle and extending angularly from the plate.

Abstract: A painter edger tool includes a base structure, a handle, an applicator, and a guard. In a particular embodiment, the base structure includes a first side edge and a second side edge. The guard is configured to be transitioned from a first position adjacent the first side edge, to a second position away from the first side edge, and to a third position adjacent the second side edge. In a more particular embodiment, the painter edger tool further includes a biasing member that urges the guard against a work surface when the applicator is advanced toward the work surface.

The handle has a positioning structure at one end thereof, a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. The positioning structure includes a first position-limiting hole and a second position-limiting hole run through the first side and the second side, and a first anti-slip portion located between the first and second position-limiting holes. The first and second position-limiting holes and the first anti-slip portion are arranged on an axis. The tightening member is fastened to the scrubbing member and inserted through the first and second position-limiting holes to fix the scrubbing member on the handle and to make the scrubbing member engage in the first anti-slip portion.

Abstract: A handheld belt sander with improved structure includes a main body having a rotating wheel and a mount. A support rod with a front roller is disposed on the mount. A support member with a rear roller is disposed on the mount. A tightened grinding belt encircles the rotating wheel, the front roller and the rear roller. A space is formed between the support rod and a part of the grinding belt between the front roller and the rear roller so that the grinding belt moves into the space after being pressed. Two side rollers are disposed on two sides of the support member to be adjacent to the grinding belt and are separated from the grinding belt by a gap in order to block the grinding belt from separating from the rear roller.

Abstract: Conventionally, cleaning of objects has been proposed by use of gloves wherein objects need to be pre-washed manually. However, the level of cleaning is not spotless. Electric scrubbers have also been proposed in solving scrubbing problem but are not efficient. Embodiment of the present disclosure provide a glove that integrates a detachable power-driven scrubber. The power-driven scrubber is configured to controllably rotate in one or more directions based on an activation of a sensor to clean an object. The glove further includes sensing mechanisms for controlled flow of water discharge and controlled flow of cleansing fluid dispense that enables the detachable power-driven scrubber to clean the object. Rotation of the detachable power-driven scrubber is controlled and driven by a drive shaft that transmits rotary motion/torque generated by a motor coupled thereto. A scrubber locking strap is provided on the glove for lock and release of the detachable power-driven scrubber accordingly.

When a blocking portion of the locking member moves to a first position, the blocking portion restricts the restricting ring from moving toward the abutting surface. When the blocking portion moves to a second position, the blocking portion leaves a position between the abutting surface and the abutting portion.
