  • Patent number: 10634325
Abstract: A mounting device includes a control device. The control device images an imaging range which includes an illuminant of a light emitting component and acquires a light emitting component image when mounting the light emitting component which includes the illuminant onto a board. Next, the control device detects coordinates (illuminant detected center coordinates) of a center of the illuminant based on the light emitting component image. The control device performs the mounting of the light emitting component such that the light emitting component is held, the light emitting component moves over the board, and a center of the illuminant is positioned at predetermined coordinates on the board based on the illuminant detected center coordinates, without using information relating to an outer shape of the light emitting component which is based on the light emitting component image.

  • Patent number: 10423143
Abstract: Embodiments of an aerobic septic system health monitor, and a method of its use, incorporate a microcontroller, with associated software, in communication with an aerobic septic system (electro-mechanical) controller that, in turn, is connected to at least one aerobic septic system component and component sensor. By using the microcontroller and software, highly specific monitoring and feedback is available to a user. This approach also offers a clear and easily accessible interface between the user and the aerobic septic system, whereas no such interface exists on prior art systems. The monitor also offers multiple redundancy to address system failures, unlike prior art. Finally, it enables several forms of preventative maintenance that simply don't exist in prior art systems. In some embodiments, the monitor may serve as the aerobic septic system controller, either overriding or supplementing the installed controller or replacing it.

  • Patent number: 10354345
Abstract: Described herein are methods and systems, including computer program products, for determining a load control schedule for energy control devices using a load shifting optimization model and applying the load control schedule to adjust the energy control devices. A server receives thermodynamic models, energy price data and energy load forecast data. The server generates price probability distribution curves based upon the price data and load probability distribution curves based upon the load forecast data. The server executes a load shifting optimization model to determine a profit probability distribution curve for demand response decision rules. The server determines a profit curve that has an optimal profit value. The server generates a load control schedule based upon the optimal profit curve and generates operational parameters for energy control devices using the load control schedule. The server transmits the operational parameters to the energy control devices to adjust operational parameters.

  • Patent number: 10289086
Abstract: An approach for control of users relative to access to controllers of a site in a hierarchy of controllers and building equipment. When a user of a customer has established a read write connection to a site controller, the customer does not necessarily want any subsequent user to establish a read write connection to the site controller or another controller within the same site and also make changes, for example, to settings of building equipment. Thus, a subsequent user may be allowed a read only connection and just be able to view building equipment information. When the first user has disconnected either intentionally or by inactivity, the site controller may be cleared allowing a subsequent user to obtain a read write connection. If the first user is inactive but fails to disconnect from the controller, an auto log-off provision may disconnect the user after a specified period of inactivity.
