  • Patent number: 11051456
Abstract: A bale holder is actuated to hold a bale in a lift gate of a baler. Lift gate actuators are then actuated to lift the gate, while it is holding the bale. A gate position sensor senses the position of the lift gate, and a force detector detects a force that is used in order to support the gate in the detected position. Bale weight generation logic then generates a bale weight based on the sensed lift gate position and the detected force. A control signal is generated based on the bale weight.

  • Patent number: 11052447
Abstract: A radial press comprises a housing having a lateral portion and a supporting disk on the end face. A ring-like structure extends in the housing and can be displaced along a pressing axis. Multiple pressing jaws arranged around the axis are radially movably supported on the supporting disk. The ring-like structure acts upon the jaws with control faces angled relative to the axis and are seated against counter-faces of the jaws. The angle of the control faces changes as they progress in the axial direction, such that, along the maximum path of travel of the ring-like structure, the axial movement of said structure and the radial movement of the jaws produced thereby are at different ratios. The ring-like structure has exchangeable control elements on which control faces are provided. In planes perpendicular to the pressing axis, each control face is seated on a polygon having corners arranged between adjacent jaws.

  • Patent number: 11053034
Abstract: Strapping tensioning tools are disclosed herein. The disclosed strapping tensioning tools reduce the forces that are required to be applied by an actuator (i.e., a motor) to release the tools from tensioned straps without damaging the straps. According to one aspect of the invention, the forces are reduced by the relative positioning, from front to back, of the cutter, the gripper and the windlass. According to a second aspect of the invention, the forces are reduced by reducing the angle formed between the gripper and the base of the tool. Namely, in one embodiment, the angle of the gripper relative to the strapping surface of the base is approximately 45-55 degrees.

  • Patent number: 11026544
Abstract: A vacuum blender can crush foods, such as vegetables and fruits, in a vacuum state and preserve the foods in the vacuum state. Noise can be reduced because foods are put into an accommodation member and the foods accommodated in the accommodation member are blended in a state in which the accommodation member is covered by a cover member. Further, because a first chamber part is formed in the interior of the accommodation member and a first check valve is mounted and a second chamber part that is an empty space is formed between the accommodation member and the cover member, the first chamber part, in which the foods are accommodated, is vacuumed while the first check valve is automatically opened if the second chamber part is vacuumed without using a separate hose connected to the first chamber part.
