Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for designing a channel's interface. An embodiment operates by a client device—(i) receiving an input for designing the channel's interface; (ii) determining an input event based on the input; (iii) creating a command based on the input event; and (iv) routing the command to a host device so that the host device determines a feature of the channel therefrom. Another embodiment operates by a host device—(i) receiving a command for a design for the channel's interface from a client device, the command may comprise a unique identifier and based on user input provided on the client device; (ii) identifying the command based on the command's unique identifier; (iii) determining a response based on the command; (iv) determining a feature of the channel based on the response; and (v) incorporating the feature into the interface of the channel.

Abstract: An electronic device for providing graphic data based on a voice, and an operation method therefor are provided. The electronic device includes a display, and a processor, and the processor is configured to obtain at least one keyword from a voice signal related to a plurality of images, determine at least one graphic data corresponding to the at least one keyword, select at least one of the plurality of images, based on a point in time at which a voice corresponding to a keyword that corresponds to the determined graphic data is output, and perform control so as to apply the determined graphic data to the at least one selected image.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for implementing enhanced scaling techniques for display objects are disclosed. When graphical content is created by an application, display objects register with a scaling manager to be notified of display scaling events. These display scaling events can be caused by changing displays, changing resolution or other parameters on a display, changing a text size, resizing one or more graphical elements, or otherwise. When a display scaling event is detected, display objects are notified of the event by the scaling manager. If a given display object makes a decision to change the amount of space it occupies based on the event, the given display object notifies its parent object of the desired change. The parent can then decide whether to allow the change and/or to make adjustments to other display objects to accommodate the change sought by the given display object.

Abstract: In one embodiment, applications installed on a mobile device may be identified. Historical data pertaining to use of the applications installed on the mobile device may be obtained. A context of the mobile device may be ascertained. Locations in which a plurality of icons representing a plurality of items are to be presented within a homescreen of the mobile device may be determined based, at least in part, on the context of the mobile device and the historical data, where the plurality of items include the applications installed on the mobile device. The homescreen of the mobile device may be updated according to the determined locations, wherein updating the homescreen of the mobile device includes providing at least a portion of the plurality of icons for display within the homescreen of the mobile device such that the homescreen of the mobile device displays the plurality of icons representing the plurality of items at the determined locations.

Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to create an album having both the contents common to all persons and the contents in accordance with each individual. One embodiment of the present disclosure is an apparatus that creates an album for each main object, which consists of a plurality of double-page spreads including a common double-page spread used in common in at least two albums and an individual double-page spread corresponding to the main object and has a calculation unit configured to calculate a candidate number of individual double-page spreads that is set for all the albums for each album and a determination unit configured to determine the minimum candidate among the candidates calculated by the calculation unit as the number of individual double-page spreads for all the albums.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable storage media are disclosed for provide a continuous-variable input element for customizing pressure sensitivity for a touch-based input. For instance, the disclosed system utilizes an input element value corresponding to a position of the continuous-variable input element to determine a plurality of variables of a pressure sensitivity curve. The disclosed system determines an exponent of an exponential curve function and an ending value for the exponential curve function based on the input element value. Additionally, the disclosed systems generates the pressure sensitivity curve utilizing the exponential curve function. The disclosed system uses the pressure sensitivity curve to determine a display output of a graphical user interface tool in response to a pressure of an input.

When a user interaction with a tab presentation control is detected, a horizontal tab strip having first navigation tab controls for a set of webpages is removed, and a vertical tab strip having second navigation tab controls for the same set of webpages is displayed in a vertical column in the browser. In response to detecting a user hover interaction with the vertical tab strip while the vertical tab strip is in a collapsed state, the vertical tab strip is expanded from the collapsed state to an expanded state. In response to termination of the user hover interaction, the vertical tab strip is collapsed from the expanded state to the collapsed state. The vertical tab strip in the collapsed state occupies a smaller portion of the GUI then the vertical tab strip in the expanded state.

Abstract: Embodiments are provided for a design tool with built-in intelligence that automatically senses the location of one or more placeholders for selectable actions when designing a form or workflow. The design tool intuitively determines which placeholder should logically be used next; visually emphasizes, when an action is selected, the location and designation of the placeholder predicted to be used next; visually emphasizes alternative placeholders relevant to the position of the selected action by detecting minor changes in the position of the selected action; and automatically positions the selected action into the predicted or selected placeholder when the action is released.
