  • Patent number: 11836941
Abstract: A package measuring apparatus includes a depth sensor, the package having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and placed on a mounting table, and at least one processor. The processor obtains spatial coordinates of four vertices within a space in which the center of the depth sensor is set as the point of origin based on data of a distance from the depth sensor to each of the four vertices and data of a position of each sensor element of the depth sensor corresponding to each of the four vertices. The processor calculates, based on the spatial coordinates of the four vertices, a length of each of three sides defined between a first vertex and three other vertices.

  • Patent number: 11826110
Abstract: A high-speed optical tracking with compression and CMOS windowing for tracking applications that require high-speed and/or low latency when delivering pose (orientation and position) data. The high-speed optical tracking with compression and CMOS windowing generally includes an optical tracking system (10) that sense fiducial (22) and by extension markers (20). The markers can either be integrated on tools (20) handled by an operator (e.g. surgeon) (50) or fixed on the subject to track (e.g. patient) (40). The low-level processing (101, 107, 140) is realized within the tracking system to reduce the overall data to be transferred and considerably reduce the processing efforts. Pose data (127) are finally computed and transferred to a PC/monitor (30,31) or to tablet (60) to be used by an end-user application (130).

  • Patent number: 11783916
Abstract: In acquisition of spatial transcriptomic information, a plurality of images representing a common field of view of a sample are obtained and registered. Each pixel of the registered images is decoded by identifying a code word from a plurality of code words in a code book that provides a best match to data values in the plurality of registered images for the pixel. For each code word identified as a best match and each pixel, whether a bit ratio for an image word for the pixel meets a threshold for the code word is determined. The image word is formed from the data values in the plurality of registered images for the pixel. For at least one pixel that is determined to meet the threshold, a gene associated with the code word is determined. Pixels for which the bit ratio does not meet the threshold are screened.

  • Patent number: 11756149
Abstract: Information may be visually encoded within visual content of an image using a distortion projection. The distortion projection may cause stretching of a visual element defined within a pixel array of the image. Information may be visually encoded within the pixel array using visual characteristic(s) of the pixel array. Presentation of the visual content based on a non-distortion projection may reduce a number of pixels that defines the visual element within the pixel array and may reduce visual impact of the information visually encoded within the pixel array.
