The system of the present invention includes: a time range displayer for displaying each of one or more measurement time ranges as a range bar; and a loop time displayer for computing a loop time, which is a time required for a unit measurement, for each of the measurement time ranges and displaying results of computations. Thereby, a user can intuitively know whether or not the measurement requires an adjustment.
