Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a number of notifications of activity relevant to a user. Each notification has an associated type. The method also includes calculating a level of interest in content of each notification to the user based at least in part on the type of each notification; modifying the content of one or more of the notifications based at least in part on the calculated level of interest; and sending one or more of the notifications with modified content to the user.

Abstract: A processing device sends a request to a cloud provider for data for a metric for a particular resource being provided by the cloud provider, receives one or more data steams for the metric for the particular resource from the cloud provider. The one or more data streams includes data points over a specified period of time. The data points have one or more different time intervals between the data points. The processing device creates a uniform data stream from data in the one or more data streams. The uniform data stream includes data points that have the same time intervals between the data point. The processing device determines the utilization of the particular resource from the uniform data stream.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to the field of communication technologies, and particularly, to a resource access method and apparatus. In an embodiment, even if a client cannot directly communicate with an authorization server, the client can still initiate authorization verification to the authorization server by using a resource server. Then, the resource server returns a resource access response to the client when receiving an authorization response returned by the authorization server.

Abstract: An event notification method executed by a processor included in an event notification device, the event notification method includes receiving, from a requesting source of an event, an event notification request for requesting notification of the event, the event notification request including event notification condition information including a notification condition of the event and priority information indicating a priority of notification of the event; acquiring the event from a publishing source of the event; determining whether to perform synchronous delivery of the event based on the notification condition; and notifying the requesting source of the event in an order of priority identified based on the priority information, when it is determined that synchronous delivery of the event be performed.
