Abstract: A retail display device (10) comprises a carriage (40) mounted to a retail hook rail (20) adapted to be cantileveredly supported by a support structure (2). The carriage (40) comprises a pair of hingedly attached arms (41, 42), including a first arm (41) adapted to slide along the hook rail (20) and a second arm 42 adapted to reciprocate along the hook rail (20). The pair of arms (41, 42) are biased to pivot apart, such that the first arm (41) tends to assume an inclined position relative to the hook rail (20) and the first arm (41) is adapted to be drawn towards an upper portion (47) of the second arm by a gathering device (60) extending between the respective first and second arms (41, 42). The gathering device is flexible and extends forward beyond the second arm (42) to a lever (88) mounted to the front of the hook (20).

Abstract: A modular display can be assembled and disassembled by one person without any tools, and which stacks flat into a manageable box that can be either rolled in or shipped on a standard pallet. The structural parts of the assembly include several types of interlocking pieces which form stable columns, and various bridging devices that allow for slatwall or pegboard to be easily inserted to display a wide range of products that merchandise on slatwall, pegboard, shelves, tables and free-standing pedestals as well as garment poles. This display booth emulates a retail shopping experience where physical products are sold on varying display mediums. The parts fit to together by inserting hooked tabs into slots that fit the width of the tabs. Since all the parts are interchangeable, the system allows for multiple configurations, as well as easy expansion of the display booth by adding more parts.

Abstract: A casing for transporting a communication rack that includes a bottom plate, four side walls, a top side, and a securing mechanism that includes front and back beams and right and left brackets. Each beam has left and right ends with horizontal holes and each bracket has front and back ends with pieces with threaded hole. The front beam is connected onto a top side of the front margin of the bottom plate and the back beam is connected onto a top side of a back margin of the bottom plate.

Abstract: A retainment assembly that includes a proximal retainer member that is movable between a first retracted position, a second retracted position and a deployed position, a distal retainer member that is movable between a retracted position and a deployed position. When the proximal retainer member moves from the deployed position to the first retracted position the distal retainer member does not move, and when the proximal retainer member moves from the deployed position to the second retracted position the distal retainer member moves from the deployed position to the retracted position.

Abstract: A drying rack for collecting water from one or more pieces of dishware includes a frame and a support shelf removably positioned on the frame. The support shelf is configured for supporting the one or more pieces of dishware. The drying rack also includes a drip tray removably supported by the frame below the support shelf. The drip tray includes a guide surface and defines a drain opening, wherein the guide surface is angled toward the drain opening to guide water toward the drain opening. The drying rack also includes a drip pan bracket supported by the frame. The drip pan bracket includes a pair of pan rails configured to removably receive and position a drip pan below the drain opening to collect the water guided by the guide surface through the drain opening.

Abstract: Apparatus and method facilitate placement of shelves at selected levels in a merchandise display and dispensing unit. At least one shelf is secured in place in a horizontal, level orientation at a selected level to locate a point-of-purchase at a selected height within the unit. A locking mechanism located adjacent a distal edge of the shelf locks the shelf at the selected level and is operated by an actuator extending essentially from adjacent one to adjacent the other end of the shelf, beneath the shelf, conveniently accessible by an operator from a proximal edge of the shelf while supporting the shelf in an essentially balanced manner so as to enable manual movement for relocating the shelf to the selected level without disturbing items placed on the shelf. A leveling system is coupled to the shelf to maintain the shelf in the horizontal, level orientation during movement, and a damper mechanism impedes accelerated downward movement of the shelf when unlocked for selected relocation.

Abstract: A knife block for storing knives includes a body portion defining at least one slot having a closed end and an open end. A recess is defined in the body portion. The recess defines a ledge that is angled downwardly when the knife block is in the upright condition. The convex ledge engages concave surfaces on a bolster of knife to direct the knife against the closed end of slot when the knife is mounted in the slot. A wall extends from the closed end of slots. The wall defines a surface against which the handles of knives are supported when the knives are mounted in slots.

Abstract: A latch mechanism includes a frame, an elastic sheet, a sliding bracket, a hooking portion, and a resilient restoring member connected to the frame and the sliding bracket. The elastic sheet includes a fixing portion, a receiving portion and a fastening member. The fixing portion is fixed to the frame opposite to the fastening member. The sliding bracket includes a bracket body slidable between the elastic sheet and the frame, and a protruding portion received in the receiving portion. The hooking portion is connected to the bracket body, and removably hooked on an end surface of the frame. When the sliding bracket moves the protruding portion, the resilient restoring member and the hooking portion, the protruding portion pushes the fastening member into the frame, and the hooking portion is hooked by the end surface of the frame to keep the resilient restoring member not being resumed.

Abstract: A hat bracket supports hats having a bill extending from a crown. The bracket has a back plate which may have bores therethrough. The back plate connects at an upper portion to a top arm which extends forwardly and downwardly relative to the back plate. A bottom arm extends forwardly and upwardly relative to the back plate and provides a hat support, such as a whale tail, onto which a rear of the crown is supported with the bill extending upwardly and prevented from outward rotation by the top arm. Multiple brackets may be connected together.

Abstract: A bicycle parking rack includes a rectangular base and at least two restriction members are connected to the base. Each restriction member includes two first sections and a connection section formed between the two first sections. Two support members are respectively connected between the at least two restriction members. Each support member includes a support portion and two connection portions which are formed on two sides of the support portion. The two connection portions are respectively connected to the two first sections of the at least two restriction members corresponding thereto. The support portion of each support member has a recess which accommodates a portion of a bicycle wheel. The restriction members of the bicycle parking rack restrict the bicycle wheel between the two restriction members.

Abstract: A dispensing device for holding, presenting, and removing baked bakery goods includes at least one dispensing tray having a supply section that enables stocking of the dispensing tray with bakery goods, a removal section for removing the bakery goods, a transport surface arranged between the supply section and the removal section, and a measuring device. The bakery goods pass the measuring device on their way from the supply section to the removal section, and the measuring device registers the presence or absence of the bakery goods and generates corresponding electrical signals.

Abstract: The Roman dodecahedron coin display is described from a 3-part assembly likely similarly done by the ancient Romans. The 3 parts are 1) a duplicate, replica or model of the Roman dodecahedron of bronze with a hollow interior and a hole of possibly different sizes on each of the 12 pentagonal faces of the Roman dodecahedron and a small knob on the vertices of the Roman dodecahedron, 2) beeswax or possibly candle wax completely filling the hollow interior of the Roman dodecahedron and 3) 12 ancient or modern coins which are real, or replicas made of gold, silver, or bronze with possibly different sizes smaller than the holes in the Roman dodecahedron. A coin face is embedded or attached to the wax surface in the middle of each hole on the 12 faces.

Abstract: A foldable dish drying rack has a rack base section, a rack back section pivotally connected to the rack base section and a rack upright section pivotally connected to the rack base section rearward of the rack back section. The rack upright section supports the rack back section in an unfolded condition. A removable utensil tray has utensil tray support arms with utensil tray support arm notches that accept a top edge of base side members to support the utensil tray on either side of the rack base section when the dish drying rack is in the unfolded condition.

Abstract: A record holder system includes a frame of two ends and two sides, a fixed end attached to one of the ends of the frame, and a selectively adjustable end slidably connected to the frame. The frame connects to a track. The adjustable end includes a clamp that engages the track to retain the adjustable end in select position along the track. A handle connects to the clamp. The handle is manually pressed to disengage the clamp from the track, thereby allowing the adjustable end to be varied in relative position with respect to the fixed end. Records or other items may be stacked upright and retained in the system.

An integration housing comprises one or more suspension strands coupled to the integration housing on one end and one or more suspension contacts on the other end, the suspension strand and coupled suspension contact being capable of suspending (without piercing) a hand of bananas and/or a single banana.

Abstract: A modular shelving unit includes a plurality of shelves supported by supports. Non-linear attachment pins are attached to the top of a lower shelf and received in upper supports which support an upper shelf. The attachment pins are bent so that they are wider than holes in the upper supports; bending the attachment pins elastically and maintaining them elastically bent when the shelving unit is in an assembled state.
