Abstract: The device herein overcomes the problem of holding a messy food item by providing a food holder having corrugations of resilient material, where the corrugations are arranged to provide, in use, a compressive force to hold the food in place. The food holder has two opposing sides joined by a gusset, the gusset having corrugations of resilient material, where the corrugations are arranged to provide, in use, a compressive force to hold the food in place. The opposing sides have an open edge and at least one closed edge where the gusset joins the sides together along at least one closed edge, and where the gusset is arranged to allow all of the edges of the opposing sides to move towards and away from each other. The container is of one-piece construction and the corrugations are semi-circular, and the proportions of adjacent corrugations are different.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bottle having a cylindrical shape with a bottom and formed of a synthetic resin material. In the bottle, a bottom portion includes a bottom wall portion, and a cylindrical heel portion. A plurality of recessed portions are provided in the bottom portion at equal intervals in a circumferential direction. A bottom surface of each of the plurality of recessed portions has a rectangular shape extending in the radial direction when viewed from below. When an interval in the circumferential direction between upper end portions located at the heel portion, among bottom surfaces of recessed portions adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the plurality of recessed portions, is defined as A, and a size in the circumferential direction of the upper end portions of the bottom surfaces of the recessed portions is defined as B, 1.0<A/B<3.2 is satisfied.

Abstract: A drywall mud pan that combines the shape retaining and mud dispensing properties of the traditional metal mud pan with the advantage of resilient easy to grip pan. A lightweight rigid support frame has upstanding mud tool engagement band edges. A flexible resilient mud retaining insert is supported within and interlocked by insert flange engagement between support frame spaced alignment end tabs which as assembled allows the user to comfortably grip and hold the pan by its flexible resilient insert while having the advantages of a rigid tool engagement scraping edges as found in traditional mud pans.

Abstract: Disclosed is a hole-in-the-ground beverage cooler, comprising a plastic jacket tube which can be inserted vertically into a hole in the ground and which is provided at the bottom with a tightly sealing base and at the top with a removable cover, and in the interior of which jacket tube a support device is situated that can be moved axially upwards and out of the jacket tube, on which support device a plurality of axially-spaced-apart disc-shaped beverage holders are fastened. The beverage holders can be slid into the jacket tube and are each provided with a plurality of hooking-in openings for hooking in the necks of beverage bottles, which hooking-in openings are distributed around the circumference of the beverage holder and are accessible from the periphery.

Abstract: A moulded pulp container for food includes a main body formed from a moulded pulp material and a pulp tab portion. The main body includes a base, upstanding walls extending from the base, and an outer edge defining a container having an inner surface and an outer surface. The pulp tab portion is connected to and arranged outboard of the outer edge. The pulp tab portion has an upper surface and a lower surface. A barrier membrane laminated to the inner surface of the container and the upper surface of the pulp tab portion is removable when the pulp tab portion is detached from the main body, such that the barrier membrane remains bonded to both the main body and the pulp tab portion, which enables the barrier membrane to be peeled from the main body by pulling the pulp tab portion.

Abstract: A holder for a bottle excellent in handleability is provided. A holder of the present invention is a holder for holding, in an internal space, a bottle having a body part larger than a neck part below the neck part. The holder includes a bottom part; a top part having an opening smaller than a sectional size of the body part; and a grip portion extending in a height direction of the holder between the bottom part and the top part. A state of the holder is switched between a first state and a second state. In the first state, a portion of the holder is detached and separated from another portion of the holder, and hence the internal space is opened. In the second state, the bottom part supports a bottom surface of the bottle in the internal space, the grip portion is positioned beside the bottle, and the neck part protrudes from the opening.

Abstract: A system and method for preventing leaks from rubbish containing liquids and noxious smells has an air-tight and water-tight reusable trash receptacle. The receptacle uses an inner ring and an outer ring to secure a bag. A lid contains a seal such that an air-tight and water-tight seal is formed when the lid is engaged with the outer ring. The outer ring has a seal that engages the bag such that an air-tight and water-tight seal is formed when the outer ring is engaged with the liner on the inner ring.

Abstract: Disclosed is a fluid product dispensing assembly including: an external container equipped with an opening, the container including an internal wall defining an internal space; an internal lining which is disposed in the internal space; and a dispensing member, such as a pump, which is used to dispense the fluid product. The assembly also includes a barrier envelope which is intended to contain the fluid product and which is disposed inside the aforementioned internal lining, such that the fluid product does not come into contact with the internal lining. The container is made from a transparent or translucent material, such as glass, such that the internal lining is visible through the container. The internal lining is substantially opaque so as to mask the above-mentioned barrier envelope at least partially and preferably completely.

Abstract: Collapsible reusable watertight carrying cases are provided in sizes varying from small containers without wheels to large sealable container bins on wheels, to provide large quantities of water or other supplies and cargo. The cases are assembled or disassembled from a joined flat space-saving configuration to a functioning case and vice-versa. The sides of the cases are erected progressively by hand by interlocking self sealing reciprocating channel and channel engaging members elements at the corners. The panels also disassemble progressively by being manually pulled apart. Optional foldable locking latches provide stability and aesthetics to the carrying case. When folded into a flat storage or shipping configuration, the panels stay together, resisting unfolding by virtue of snaps which are either molded into the panels or bonded to them. The carrying cases are resistant to water, dirt, bacteria, molds, allergens, and inclement weather.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a temporary paint brush storage device. The device is designed to hold a paint brush in an upright position within a paint can. The storage device is in the shape of inverted “J” and is coated with a protective material. The storage device is supported by the rim of a paint can and magnetically attaches to a metal ferrule of a paint brush. The storage device may further comprise one or more additional attachment points to store additional paint brushes or painting accessories on the exterior of a paint can.

Abstract: A nestable beverage crate includes a base, side walls and end walls. Each side wall includes a plurality of side columns connecting a side upper band to the base. Each end wall includes a plurality of end columns connected an end upper band to the base. The side upper band and the end upper bands each have a plurality of peaks and valleys and are asymmetric, such that adjacent crates will have peaks aligned with valleys and vice-versa. For purposes of preventing shingling, the effective vertical width of the side upper bands and the end upper bands of these two adjacent side walls is the full distance between the upper edge of the peak and the lower edge of the valley, but the nesting height of the crate is only the vertical width of the upper bands.

Abstract: An outlet box comprises a box body and a lid. The box body defines an internal space and has a lid opening permitting access to the internal space. The lid is releasably attachable to the lid opening of the body in a closed configuration, which prevents access to the internal space, and releasably attachable to an external retaining tab of the body in an open configuration, which permits access to the internal space through the lid opening. An attaching mechanism may optionally be used to releasable attach the lid to the external retaining tab, in the open configuration, and to prevent manual relative rotation of the lid with respect to the lid opening in the closed configuration. A gasket may be co-molded with the lid. The external retaining tab may extend from the base wall and has elongated mounting slots for receiving a mounting mechanism. The elongated mounting slots permit relative movement of the box body with respect to the mounting mechanism when in a semi-tightened position.
