    Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a server image capture direction recognition, a method and a system of surveillance, and an image capture device. The recognition method includes: extracting deep features of a target image captured by a camera; based on degree of matchings between deep features of the target image and deep features of a plurality of reference images, determining a matched reference image of the target image; obtaining a coordinate position relationship between the matched reference image and the target image; using the coordinate position relationship and direction information of the matched reference image, calculating the image capture direction of the camera at the time of capturing the target image. Example embodiments of the present disclosure may quickly and accurately recognize an image capture direction of a camera, improving processing efficiency of image capture direction recognition.

    Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a color conversion processing unit, a modulation difference creating unit, a color value modulating unit, and an output unit. The color conversion processing unit performs color conversion from an input color value of a target image to a corresponding output color value to obtain a tentative output color value. The modulation difference creating unit creates modulation differences. The modulation differences include combinations that are obtained by either setting or not setting a value equivalent to the minimum resolution of the tentative output color value for each color component of the tentative output color value. The color value modulating unit performs modulation on the tentative output color value by adding or subtracting a modulation difference selected at random to or from the tentative output color value. The output unit outputs the target image according to the color value obtained after modulation.
