Abstract: Techniques for machine learning using curated features are provided. A plurality of key terms is identified for a first document type of a plurality of document types. A document associated with the first document type is received, and the document is modified by inserting one or more of the plurality of key terms. A vector is generated for the modified document, and a machine learning model is trained to categorize input into the plurality of document types based on the modified document.

Abstract: An electronic device may include a processor that may receive baseline image data that represents desired content to be displayed on a webpage. The processor may also receive online image data that may be accessible via a network. The online image data may include code that causes the processor to display a representation of the webpage on an electronic display. The processor may then identify one or more differences between the baseline image data and the online image data and generate one or more modifications to the code based on the differences.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to viewing and updating application views. A device receives a user input, the input, when received initiating display of a plurality of application views of a set of application views. The device, in response to receiving the user input, displays the plurality of application views of the set of application views, wherein the set of application views includes preselected application views and an adaptive view that corresponds to a most recently opened application that is not one of the preselected application views.

Abstract: An electronic device for controlling output of audio data, and an operation method thereof are provided. The electronic device includes a display, a communication interface, at least one processor, and a memory electrically connected to the processor, wherein the memory is configured to store instructions, and when executed, the instructions enable the at least one processor to perform setting the electronic device and at least one other electronic device as audio output devices of different applications, based on a user input, detecting a connection to the at least one other electronic device via the communication interface, and controlling the display to display information indicating that the electronic device and the at least one other electronic device are set as the audio output devices of different applications.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a human-computer interaction method of a user terminal, an apparatus, and a user terminal. The method includes: collecting entered fingerprint information; if target fingerprint information that matches the fingerprint information exists in stored preset fingerprint information, determining an application bound to the target fingerprint information; and displaying at least one application option included in the application. In the embodiments of the present invention, application option search efficiency can be improved.

A gesture type is detected from the touch input by detecting a larger component of motion of the touch input along one of first and second axes of the display than along the other of the axes. Detecting a second gesture type comprises detecting a larger component of motion of the touch input along the other of the axes than along the one of the axes. If the gesture type is the first gesture type, a display characteristic of the image is adjusted, during displaying the image. If the gesture type is the second gesture type, the display ceases to display the image and displays a further image. A computing system is provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods for extracting data from digital messages for digital group compositions may include (1) providing, to a user of a social media application, a consumption interface that displays social media posts from multiple different channels, (2) displaying, within the consumption interface, a series of one or more posts from a first channel, (3) once a final post from the series has been displayed, altering an appearance of the consumption interface to signal a transition from displaying the series of posts from the first channel to displaying an additional series of one or more posts from a second channel, and (4) upon altering the appearance of the consumption interface, displaying, within the consumption interface, the additional series of posts from the second channel. Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product for detecting one or more semantic headers in one or more tabular structures by utilizing a custom pre-trained embeddings model is provided. The present invention may include receiving the custom pre-trained embeddings model. The present invention may also include computing one or more dot product values associated with the one or more tabular structures from the one or more documents based on the context of each cell associated with the one or more tabular structures in the one or more documents. The present invention may then include generating one or more similarity feature values based on the computed one or more dot product values. The present invention may further include detecting the one or more semantic headers associated with the one or more tabular structures based on the one or more similarity feature values.

Abstract: A system and method for recommending matches between persons are provided. Data processing is performed using artificial intelligence technology. A supervised machine learning engine is trained from empirical data about existing relationships which have been evaluated as to quality of the relationships. Quality of candidate relationships is calculated as an output of the supervised machine learning engine when provided input data of attributes of two candidate persons. Likelihood of a successful relationship between two candidate persons is predicted by comparing the calculated quality of the candidate relationship against a threshold. The prediction in this learning task may be made by a neural network. A user is notified of a candidate match that is likely to become a successful relationship.

Abstract: A method includes storing a research paper and a set of candidate resources including media content. The method further includes encoding each of one or more first content fields in the research paper into a first vector based on a first field type associated with each of the one or more first content fields. The method further includes encoding each of one or more second content fields in each of the parsed set of candidate resources into a second vector, based on a second field type associated with each of the one or more second content fields. The method further includes comparing the first vector with the second vector to determine a final set of resources based on the comparison. The method further includes controlling a display screen to output the determined final set of resources and the research paper.

Abstract: A document management system that is adapted to allow users to share files or folders by: (1) creating a link to the files or folders; and (2) sharing the link with other users. In particular embodiments, the system is adapted to keep track of any links generated by, sent by, and/or received by a particular user. The system may display a listing of the links upon request by a user, so that the user may re-use or deactivate the links, or modify attributes of the links. Having a centralized listing of the links may be particularly advantageous in helping a user keep track of the files and folders that they have shared and received.

Abstract: A textual user input is received and a plurality of different text-to-content models are run on the textual user input. A selection system attempts to identify a suggested content item, based upon the outputs of the text-to-content models. The selection system first attempts to generate a completed suggestion based on outputs from a single text-to-content model. It then attempts to mix the outputs of the text-to-content models to obtain a completed content suggestion.

Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for selecting an Augmented Reality (AR) object on a head mounted device (HMD) are presented. In some embodiments, an HMD may define a Region-of-Interest (ROI) based on a gesture formed by at least one hand of a user. Subsequently the HMD may display to the user a shape on the HMD. In at least one arrangement, the shape outlines the ROI. Additionally, the HMD may display to the user a plurality of AR objects, each of the plurality of AR objects being associated with a target inside the ROI. Furthermore, the HMD may reduce the size of the ROI based on a first movement of the at least one hand of the user to form a reduced-sized ROI. In at least one arrangement, the reduced-sized ROI is used to select a specific AR object from the plurality of AR objects.

Abstract: Embodiments of the inventive concept include a multi-platform omni-channel content creation and distribution system. The system includes a multi-platform media content data and logic structure, a user interface logic section configured to interface with a user and the multi-platform media content data and logic structure, and a multi-sectional view configured to be shown on a display. The multi-sectional view includes a metadata section in a first section thereof and a simulated true-to-life preview section in a second section thereof. The user interface logic section receives metadata information from the user. The metadata section displays the metadata information. The multi-platform media content data and logic structure causes the simulated true-to-life preview section to show a piece of content with exact proportional dimensions and appearance as it would appear under actual non-simulated real-world circumstances for a particular media platform and associated physical device.

Abstract: In one aspect, an apparatus includes a processor, a touch-enabled display operatively coupled to the processor, and a memory accessible to the processor. The memory bears instructions executable by the processor to execute a handwriting recognition engine automatically without requiring user selection of a handwriting recognition application to start the handwriting recognition engine, receive input from the touch-enabled display, determine whether the input indicates a character, and automatically store the character responsive to a determination that the input indicates a character.

Abstract: A construction management system allows a user to capture an item identifier from an item (e.g., shipment, group of components, and/or one or more components) using a mobile device. The item identifier may be used to identify a project and access a model for the product, identify a component in a model, and/or identify the components in a shipment for staging purposes. Moreover, the system may be used to identify a status for the one or more components. The status may be that the one or more components are shipped, received, staged for assembly, installed, or the like. The status of the one or more components may be automatically updated by capturing the item identifier. Moreover, the user may also select shipment information for past, current, and/or future shipments in order to identify the one or more components associated with each of the shipments.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for sending a sticker image during a chat session, applicable to a chat session between terminals including a transmit terminal and a receive terminal, the method being performed by the transmit terminal and including: detecting an input operation during a chat session and obtaining input content from the input operation; recognizing the input content and obtaining an implication, the implication indicating sticker features in the input content; identifying sticker images corresponding to the implication, the identified sticker images comprising multiple sticker images corresponding to different sticker sending policies; obtaining a recommended sticker image corresponding to the implication according to a preset sticker sending policy, the recommended sticker image being any one of or any combination of the multiple identified sticker images; and sending the recommended sticker image to be displayed at the receive terminal.
