A middle zone and discharge zone of the passage piece are made in the manner of a diffuser and abut the peripheral wall to extends over less than one half of the wall. A discharge zone of the passage piece through which flow takes place presets a middle flow direction of the fluid which extends along the peripheral wall and is inclined against the main direction.
