Abstract: An apparatus for carrying foldable footwear that comprises a drawstring pouch having a side pocket that reversibly adjusts between undrawn and drawn states. When undrawn, the pouch is characterized by an opening at the top of the pouch that is dimensioned and configured for receiving a pair of foldable shoes in an interior of the pouch. When drawn, the pouch is characterized by a drawstring arranged on the upper portion sealing off the opening, thereby concealing the interior of the pouch. The apparatus further comprises a collapsible tote bag removably inserted in the side pocket, where the tote bag is configured to reversibly convert between unfolded and folded states. When unfolded, the tote bag is characterized by an interior portion that receives a pair of unfolded shoes, where the interior portion further includes a storage pocket. When folded, the tote bag is completely contained within the second pocket.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a card holder including a card holder body. The card holder body includes a first card clamping plate and a second card clamping plate, and a connecting device is arranged between the first card clamping plate and the second card clamping plate to connect the first card clamping plate and the second card clamping plate; the connecting device causes a relative displacement in a vertical direction between the first card clamping plate and the second card clamping plate to form a freely retractable internal space, thereby accommodating a plurality of cards; and the connecting device includes two connecting members rotationally connected through a shaft, and a first elastic member connected with each connecting member. The first elastic member provides an elastic restoring force for the first card clamping plate and the second card clamping plate to respectively restore to an initial position.

Abstract: Described herein is a golf bag with a sub-assembly and a stand assembly that together form a carry bag. The sub-assembly can comprise a divider top, a base, a divider sleeve, one or more stays that secure the base to the divider top, and a flat. The stand assembly can comprise a pair of legs, a spring, a pair of brackets for attaching the spring to the legs, and a pair of leg end cap protectors. When strapped to a golf cart, a golf bag can rub against portions of the cart, wearing paint off the legs. The instant golf bag comprises leg end cap protectors that can prevent wear on an upper portion of the legs. Furthermore, the stand assembly can be shipped disconnected from the sub-assembly to allow the sub-assembly to collapse and reduce shipping box size.

Abstract: A ski equipment securement device having a body formed by a C-shaped member is adapted for removable engagement to a pair of snow skis and the poles used with the skis. A strap is engageable around the skis and to both ends of the body forming the C-shaped member to hold the skis adjacent and in a connection to the securement device. An opening in the body of the C-shaped member is sized to hold one or both ski poles and forms a handle to carry the engaged ski equipment.

Abstract: A golf bag includes a collapsible sub-assembly including a divider top and a base, a plurality of first snap-fit connectors provided around a portion of an outer perimeter of the divider top, and a flat having a divider top end opposite a base end, an interior side, and an exterior side. The flat includes a plurality of second snap-fit connectors provided along a portion of the divider top end. The flat attaches to the sub-assembly by mating snap-fit engagement of the plurality of first snap-fit connectors around the divider top with the plurality of second snap-fit connectors along the divider top end.

Abstract: A configurable bag is provided. The configurable bag has plurality of various interconnecting storage compartments (or “modules”). The interconnecting storage compartments may be selectively used to store various objects such as, for example, shoes, clean clothes, dirty clothes, toiletries, etc. The interconnecting storage compartments may be selectively secured vertically to each other so as to be able to be easily fit within, for example, a standard vertical gym locker. Retractable hooks may be secured to the sides of the interconnecting storage compartments so as to allow the assembled device to hang vertically from a hanger poll. The storage compartments may allow for both front and top access into the interior of the device.

Abstract: A wallet is provided having a body adapted to hold credit cards, currency, and business cards. The credit cards are insertable to a biased engagement in a first compartment between two flexible members. A second compartment is positioned below the first compartment and configured to hold currency therein in biased contact between a biasing panel and a credit card in the first compartment. A third compartment is provided and configured to hold business cards.

A cover comprises a main cover panel coupled to the axle and a pair of side covers coupled to the main cover panel. The cover is windingly retractable and extendable around the axle. A hook is coupled to a distal end of the cover and is configured to selectively engage a bumper of a vehicle.

Abstract: In one form, a security handbag is provided that includes an interior security panel assembly with a matrix of wires secured between a pair of material layers. The interior security panel assembly can be positioned intermediate the bag outside wall and a lining of the bag. A strap with security cable and a carabiner attachment device can be attached to the handbag. Methods for forming such security panel assemblies are also provided.
