Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented method of acquiring customer insight information in a retail environment. The method includes receiving a product interaction from a mobile device, the product interaction comprising a product identifier corresponding to a product located in the retail environment. The method also includes determining a customer location within the retail environment based on a planned location of the product. The method also includes performing a business action based, at least in part, on the product interaction. Abstract: Techniques for generating marketing lead intelligence information are described. Some embodiments provide a marketing activity support system (“MASS”) configured to generate lead intelligence by aggregating marketing activity information and customer information. In one embodiment, the MASS transmits a marketing message that references a Web page or other marketing content. Next, the MASS receives tracking information about activities of a customer with respect to the referenced Web page. The MASS then generates lead intelligence information about the customer by aggregating the tracking information, personal information about the customer, and/or information about an associated marketing campaign. The MASS may then present the generated lead intelligence information, such as by displaying details about the customer and their activities with respect to the Web page.

Abstract: A new computer-readable medium, computer-implemented method, and system is provided which can allow a user to make changes to the planning data, generate a new plan, generate a new solution based on the generated plan, or perform an alternative scenario analysis on the generated plan. In one embodiment, a new model for representing planning data, identified as a “base-plus-delta” model is provided. In another embodiment, a new web service implementation for a planning engine is provided. In another embodiment, a new technique for copying plans to perform an alternative scenario analysis on the copied plan is provided. In another embodiment, an automatic propagation of user changes from a database directly to an in-memory object is provided. In certain embodiments of the invention, two or more of the described features can be combined to provide an interactive supply chain planning system.

Abstract: Locate and/or marking operations involve detecting and/or marking a presence or an absence of at least one underground facility within a dig area, wherein at least a portion of the dig area is planned to be excavated or disturbed during excavation activities. One or more attributes of a locate and/or marking operation requested in a locate request ticket are assessed to provide one or more ticket assessment outcomes. Ticket information is obtained from the locate request ticket, and historical information (e.g., historical damage reports, historical records of previously completed locate request tickets) is selected and analyzed based on the ticket information so as to assign at least one risk designation to the ticket. The risk designation(s) is/are transmitted and/or stored so as to facilitate clearing the locate request ticket and/or dispatching a locate technician to perform the locate and/or marking operation.

Advertisers deliver content demographic and associated data as metadata along with content to a service that is in communication with a large number of multimedia devices. Each device supplies information to the service that tells about the user of the device's content viewing preferences. The service compares user information to content metadata to find content for the user. The service sends the selected content to the multimedia device. Advertisers whose content were downloaded to the multimedia device may be charged a fee for the download. The multimedia device sends statistics regarding the user's action when the user viewed the content to the service. The service charges a fee to advertisers that had their content viewed by the user.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for on-site site risk assessment and to encourage collaboration between professional disciplines related to land development and construction projects. A graphical risk analysis system is provided based on answers to interdisciplinary questions related to risks. Use of the system promotes a complete checklist of interdisciplinary and informational consultation which, when completed for a project, assesses the risk related to construction site development and allows for reduction in risk as the project progresses.

Abstract: A method and system for auditing information technology used to handle financial statement accounts to secure sensitive financial information against the exploitation of vulnerabilities and ineffective configuration standards. By working with the client organization, an audit team evaluates the way the client organization controls sensitive IT systems. Abstract: Aspects of the present invention provide an approach for analyzing statements of work (SOWs), and identifying applicable services to offer in response thereto. Among other things, a file may be converted from a first format to a second format, and then utilized to determine a scope of: at least one strategic outsourcing service being requested in the SOW; at least one service delivery tower of the services delivery organization that may have a responsibility for delivering a strategic outsourcing service to the potential client; and/or a set of requirements for the at least one service delivery tower to deliver the at least one strategic outsourcing service.
