  • Patent number: 11074255
Abstract: Disclosed herein are various systems, methods, and apparatuses for providing a system independent Configuration Management Database identification system. In an implementation, a dynamic identification system correlates records of an originating system with records of an Authoritative Configuration Management Database (CMDB) including a set of one or more identifying rules that define a minimum amount of information in order to generate an identifying signature that serves as a common reference between a record of the originating system with a matching Configuration Item (CI) record of the ACMDB, receiving, from the originating system, information to generate an identifying signature, determining that the generated first identifying signature matches a stored identifying signature, and correlating the first record of the originating system corresponding with the generated first identifying signature with the one of the CI records of the ACMDB corresponding with the matching one of the identifying signatures.

  • Patent number: 11048757
Abstract: An aspect of implementing a Cuckoo tree includes providing a Cuckoo filter table for performing lookups in a Cuckoo tree. The table tracks fingerprints of keys and tablets in which the keys reside. An aspect also includes providing a stash configured to manage duplicate keys in the tree. The stash includes: a key hash table that stores full keys corresponding bucket index references that point to a reverse time ordered list of values corresponding to the full keys; and a value store having buckets with slots for storing the list. An aspect further includes setting a duplicate threshold value in the tree that provides a limit on a number of fingerprints that can exist in a bucket. During a store operation on a key, upon determining the number of existing entries with same fingerprint in target bucket would exceed the threshold, another bucket is selected for the key.

  • Patent number: 11031950
Abstract: A method of compressive read mapping. A high-resolution homology table is created for the reference genomic sequence, preferably by mapping the reference to itself. Once the homology table is created, the reads are compressed to eliminate full or partial redundancies across reads in the dataset. Preferably, compression is achieved through self-mapping of the read dataset. Next, a coarse mapping from the compressed read data to the reference is performed. Each read link generated represents a cluster of substrings from one or more reads in the dataset and stores their differences from a locus in the reference. Preferably, read links are further expanded to obtain final mapping results through traversal of the homology table, and final mapping results are reported. As compared to prior techniques, substantial speed-up gains are achieved through the compressive read mapping technique due to efficient utilization of redundancy within read sequences as well as the reference.

  • Patent number: 11017033
Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to modeling free-text clinical documents into a hierarchical graph-like data structure based on semantic relationships among clinical concepts present in the documents. A method comprises parsing, identifying, and annotating clinical terms within free-text clinical documents. This is accomplished by storing identified clinical terms in a concept node. The concept node is a data structure that has a set of properties to categorize stored concepts. Clinical concepts of free-text clinical documents are classified into clinical event classes. The free-text clinical documents include clinical terms that were associated with clinical concept categories. Classifying clinical concepts includes organizing clinical text-free documents into sections that describe a specific aspect of the clinical text-free documents that include one or more of clinical, technical, or administrative aspects of the documents.

  • Patent number: 11003652
Abstract: A method, system, and program product for modifying a high performance multi-write database is provided. The method includes registering data pages configured for reading by a first node within a buffer pool structure of a database. Share lock functionality is enabled. The share lock functionality is disabled after the first node has completed reading the data pages and the data pages are registered with respect to a second node for writing functionality. A notification indicating that a group of data pages has expired is generated and transmitted to the second node. Exclusive lock functionality for allowing the second node to read and modify the data pages is enabled and after the modification the exclusive lock functionality is disabled. Reading functionality is enabled for the first and second nodes to read the group of data pages from a high performance cache structure of the buffer pool structure.

  • Patent number: 11003727
Abstract: Techniques related to real-time distribution and adjustment of content placement are disclosed. A database stores score values respectively corresponding to content items. Computing device(s) are coupled to the database and to digital data storage device(s) storing instructions that cause the computing device(s) to perform a method for adjusting, at runtime, visibility of a particular content item. The method comprises computing a random value for the particular content item based on an identifier for a communication session between the computing device(s) and a client device. The method further comprises generating an adjusted score value for the particular content item based on combining the random value with a particular score value corresponding to the particular content item. Still further, the method comprises sending, to the client device via the communication session, the content items including the particular content item, which is sorted among the content items according to the adjusted score value.

  • Patent number: 10997536
Abstract: In an embodiment, a cloud server determines a point in time in a current task, and identifies a corresponding point in time in each of a number of completed tasks retrieved from a first database. User activity data from a second database is used to calculate time spent on the current task up to the identified point in time, a ratio between time spent on each completed task after the corresponding point in time and time spent on the completed task before the corresponding point in time. The cloud server also calculates a similarity score between each completed task and the current task based on a number of parameters and using a predetermined algorithm. A weighted arithmetic mean of the time ratios can be calculated using the similarity scores as weights, and can be used in conjunction with the time spent on the current task up to the identified point in time, to calculate time required to complete the current task.

  • Patent number: 10970349
Abstract: Described herein are methods and system for electronic workflow management having a central server that periodically scans data accessible to multiple computers and data interacted with by different users to generate a nodal data structure comprising of interrelated nodes where each node corresponds to a workflow component, such as files, messages, tasks, and the like. The server then executes various analytical protocols to identify and link/merge nodes corresponding to related content. Upon receiving a set of notifications for a user, the server augments the notifications with data retrieved/derived from the nodal data structure. The server then prioritizes outputting the notifications based on their respective contextualized data and/or based on attributes received from the user.
