Abstract: Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) wherein a non-volatile memory (NVM) array provides a memory bank for the RNN. The RNN may include a Neural Turning Machine (NTM) and the memory bank may be an NTM matrix stored in the NVM array. In some examples, a data storage device (DSD) that controls the NVM array includes both a data storage controller and a separate NTM controller. The separate NTM controller accesses the NTM matrix of the NVM array directly while bypassing flash translation layer (FTL) components of the data storage controller. Additionally, various majority wins error detection and correction procedures are described, as well as various disparity count-based procedures.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for relationship extraction. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a relationship extraction network trained to identify relationships among entities in an input text. The relationship extraction network is used to generate a dependency path between entities in an input phrase. The dependency path includes a set of words that connect the entities, and is used to predict a relationship between the entities. In some cases, the dependency path is related to a syntax tree, but it may include additional words, and omit some words from a path extracted based on a syntax tree.

The method performs persistent inflight tracking and reconciliation of I/O operations with a first Op log of the primary storage cluster and a second Op log of the secondary storage cluster and performs a resynchronization between the storage object and the replicated storage object based on the persistent inflight tracking and reconciliation of I/O operations.

A plurality of holes that extend through the plurality of layers are formed in the stacked body. Each of the plurality of layers includes a connection member that is formed of a conductor. The connection member includes: a plurality of connection portions that are provided at positions corresponding to the plurality of holes; and a joining portion that connects the plurality of connection portions to each other. The plurality of terminals include a plurality of types of terminals that correspond to the plurality of layers. Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described in which unstructured computer text is analyzed for generation of an enforcement action database. A computing device receives a digital document comprising a corpus of unstructured text and converts each sentence into tokens. The computing device identifies entities in the tokens and classifies each sentence as relevant or not relevant to an enforcement action. For each relevant sentence, the computing device generates a record in a first data structure and generates a record in a second data structure. The computing device maps the records in the first data structure to the records in the second data structure based upon an enforcement attribute to generate a third data structure. The computing device aggregates the records in the third data structure based upon a name of the entity and a type of the entity in the sentence to determine an aggregated first enforcement attribute for each entity.
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for processing a natural language query. A receiver circuitry receives the natural language query from a user. A natural language interpreter circuitry parses the natural language query to convert the natural language query into a plurality of categories and a plurality of variables, each variable in the plurality of variables corresponding to one category in the plurality of categories. A user interface displays to the user the plurality of categories' and the plurality of variables, and allows the user to modify at least one variable in the plurality of variables by providing a natural language utterance.

Abstract: A method includes, during a processing cycle: navigating the sanding head across a region of a workpiece according to a toolpath; and, based on a sequence of force values output by a force sensor coupled to the sanding head, deviating the sanding head from the toolpath to maintain forces of the sanding head on the workpiece region proximal a target force. The processor detects an application issue associated with an application running at a network node in a distributed network. The processor receives a set of data objects associated with the application issue. The processor classifies the set of the data objects of the application issue into one or more issue patterns using a machine learning model. The machine learning model is trained based on a plurality of sets of data objects and issue patterns associated with corresponding previous application issues. The processor processes the one or more issue patterns and application information through a neural network to determine a series of executable operations for solving the application issue. The processor deploys the series of the executable operations to solve the application issue occurring at the network node to prevent a failure operation of the application.
Abstract: In an ECU reprogram data DB of a center device, data of an update program for a target ECU for a program update among a plurality of EUCs mounted in a vehicle is stored. In a configuration information DB, an “ECU ID” corresponding to each ECU and vehicle-related information such as an “ECU SW ID” for each application program stored in the ECU are stored along with the vehicle type. An ECU metadata database stores update data-related information pertaining to update data and attributes of the rewrite target ECU. Abstract: An electronic cigarette includes a main body and a replaceable cartridge that can be disassembled from the main body. The main body includes a laser. The cartridge includes a liquid store and an absorber configured to be heated by radiation emitted by the laser in order to vaporise a vaporisable medium. An enabling device is also provided to enable propagation of radiation from the laser to the absorber when the cartridge is assembled to the main body and to inhibit propagation of radiation from the laser to the absorber when the cartridge is disassembled from the main body.
Abstract: A system and method for finding the proximate location of an indoor active shooter including: a plurality of acoustic sensors for receiving acoustic information from a monitored area, the sensors being dispersed in the monitored area, and each sensor having a processor for discriminating gunshot candidates from other sounds; and a host processor/server for receiving the gunshot candidates from the sensor and provide further processing to determine if the gunshot candidate is a gunshot. The server may use the first sensor to report as the proximate location of the shooter. As nearby sensors report the same incident, the server may refine the proximate location to within a few feet of the actual location of the shooter. The host processor includes a program or instructions to determine exit routes from the detected shooter and to activate a warning system which directs people away.
Abstract: A super-resolution system for nano-patterning is disclosed, comprising an exposure head that enables a super-resolution patterning exposures. The super-resolution exposures are carried out using electromagnetic radiation and plasmonic structure, and in some embodiments, plasmonic structures having specially designed super-resolution apertures, of which the “bow-tie” and “C-aperture” are examples. These apertures create small but bright images in the near-field transmission pattern. A writing head comprising one or more of these apertures is held in close proximity to a medium for patterning. In some embodiments, a data processing system is provided to re-interpret the data to be patterned into a set of modulation signals used to drive the multiple individual channels and multiple exposures, and a detection means is provided to verify the data as written.
