  • Patent number: 11512764
Abstract: A tool changing system with rigidity improved belt moving mechanism includes a pedestal, a sliding base, a driving unit, a positioning belt, and a transmission belt. The sliding base is disposed on the pedestal, and reciprocatively moves along a linear direction. The driving unit is disposed on the sliding base. The positioning belt and the transmission belt are disposed on the pedestal and include a gear rack, respectively. A detouring section of the transmission belt is separated from the positioning belt, and transmissibly meshed with the driving wheel of the driving unit. When the driving wheel rotates, the detouring section is driven to continuously shift on the transmission belt, and the sliding base is simultaneously driven to slide on the pedestal along the linear direction. Thus, a combination of the positioning belt and the transmission belt achieves an improved rigidity.

  • Patent number: 11480205
Abstract: The present invention provides a box latch. The box latch is provided with two wedge-shaped pins symmetrically arranged around its center, and the two wedge-shaped pins are movable into a wedge-shaped notch formed by mating parts of two spliced adjacent boxes and mating with the wedge-shaped pin to lock the two adjacent boxes. The two wedge-shaped pins are symmetrically arranged around its center such that only one box latch is required to lock two adjacent boxes together, reducing the number of splicing steps and box latches, further saving manpower and material resources. In addition, the wedge-shaped pin and the wedge-shaped notch are shaped and configured to mate with each other such that self-locking occurs when they are locked, thus providing a stable connection of the boxes.

  • Patent number: 11473700
Abstract: A clamp includes first and second bands, a pair of strut attachment legs, a screw, and a screw housing. Each band has a first end and a second end. The first band defines slots extending across a width thereof and disposed adjacent to the second end thereof. Each strut attachment leg is fixed to the first end of one of the bands. The screw housing receives the second ends of the bands and captures the screw while allowing the screw to rotate. The clamp secures a tube to a strut when the clamp is placed over the tube, the strut attachment legs are positioned relative to the strut so that notches in the strut attachment legs receive at least one of the flanges on the strut, and the screw is rotated to draw the first band further into the screw housing and thereby tighten the clamp around the tube.

  • Patent number: 11473699
Abstract: A mechanism for securing tubes in a fixed position is described wherein a body to which a tube is to be fixed has at least one smooth bore hole extending therethrough. A tube has an inner diameter accommodating fluid flow and an outer diameter passing through the smooth bore hole in slip fit relation with the smooth bore of the hole. A threaded hole with helical grooves is parallel to the smooth bore hole and located such that its grooves intersect the diameter of the smooth bore hole. A set screw made of a tougher material than the tube has threads that will seat in the threaded hole in a manner such that advancing the set screw scratches the outer diameter of the tube to a depth wherein the set screw retains the tube in place without deformation of the inner diameter of the tube whereby fluid flow in the tube is not affected by advancement of the set screw while the tube is retained in place by the set screw. The invention can connect tubes in all sorts of patterns with many center-to-center tube distances.

  • Patent number: 11408538
Abstract: A support assembly for hydraulic lines is disclosed. The support assembly includes a frame designed to retain at least one ring within its opening. Each ring is configured to be secured about a single hydraulic hose, thus simultaneously securing it within the frame. Each ring can rotate with respect to the frame about their longitudinal axis, reducing the stress exerted directly on the hydraulic line. The support assembly further includes a second frame in which the frame is attached. The frame can rotate about an axis that is perpendicular to the rotation of the rings to further lessen the stress on the hydraulic lines. The support assembly is attached to a hydraulically operated machine by a base plate or bracket onto which the second frame is fixedly attached.
