Abstract: A grate apparatus for covering a pit defined in a floor of a vehicle wash facility includes a plurality of rigid rung pieces having a first end, a second end, an upper surface and a lower surface. The rigid rung pieces are secured in generally parallel and spaced apart fashion by a plurality of flexible strap members. The flexible strap members are secured to each of the rung pieces by a plurality of fasteners. The grate apparatus is moveable between an unwound position where the first end of each of the plurality of rigid rung pieces rests on one of a pair of spaced apart rails located adjacent the pit and the second end of each of the plurality of rung pieces rests on the other of the pair of spaced apart rails and a wound position wherein the plurality of rung pieces and the plurality of flexible straps are oriented in generally coiled position around a centerline.

Abstract: A clothes treatment apparatus includes a cabinet that defines a treatment chamber. The clothes treatment apparatus further includes a door that is configured to open and close at least a portion of the cabinet. The clothes treatment apparatus further includes a wrinkle removal module that is located on an inside of the door, that is configured to remove wrinkles from clothes by applying pressure to the clothes. The wrinkle removal module includes a base plate that is located at the door and that is configured to support clothes. The wrinkle removal module further includes a press plate that is coupled to the base plate, that is configured to rotate relative to the base plate, and that is configured to remove wrinkles from clothes based on pressing against the base plate.

Abstract: A sill pan is disclosed that is configured for use in spanning rough openings of various lengths. The sill pan includes a base, a pre-formed end flange integral with and extending upwardly from a side edge of the base, a first connector portion formed in the base adjacent to the pre-formed end flange, and a second connector portion formed in the base adjacent to an end opposite to the pre-formed end flange. The sill pan is configured be attachable to an adjacent sill pan with one of the first connector portion and the second connector portion.

Abstract: A washing machine in which a detergent case is located below a washing tub unit and detergent and wash water are supplied from the detergent case to the washing tub unit by a pump. An overflow hole to prevent overflow of water to the outside the detergent case is provided on the detergent case, and the detergent and the wash water do not overflow the detergent case and are discharged to an outside of the washing machine through the overflow hole when the pump breaks down.

In one or more implementations, a connection device comprises a plurality of connection portions that are physically and communicatively coupled, one to another. Each of the plurality of connection portions has at least one communication contact configured to form a communicative coupling with a respective one of a plurality of computing devices and with at least one other communication contact of another one of the connections portions to support communication between the plurality of computing devices. Each of the plurality of connection portions also includes a magnetic coupling device to form a removable magnetic attachment to the respective one of the plurality of computing devices.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for securing non-load bearing interior walls in a wood frame structure in a manner that allows for vertical deflection of the frame includes a plurality of sleeved fastener assemblies, each having a threaded fastener extending through a shorter outer sleeve with an enlarged diameter head. The fasteners hold interior non-load bearing walls in place through a predrilled hole in the top plates of the walls, while being capable of accommodating limited vertical movement caused by vertical deflection of the building frame during construction and beyond.

The apparel uses thermochromic dyes and thermochromic inks to indicate changes in body shell temperature as physical activity commences and progresses. The thermochromic dyes and inks reveal when the body shell temperature has reached a temperature indicating optimal muscle performance, and inform the wearer of the apparel whether to increase or decrease the intensity of the physical activity to establish or maintain the optimal body shell temperature.

A first weight set is adapted to be supported on the first end portion of the handle and a second weight set is adapted to be supported on the second end portion of the handle. Each of the first and second weight sets includes a plurality of weight plates. An adjustment assembly selects a number of weight plates to be retained to the handle assembly. Abstract: A ruler for mixing the ingredients of a selected beverage is slidably received in a vertical slot formed on the inside wall of a pitcher. The beverage ingredients for mixing are listed on each side of the ruler. The list of ingredients for each beverage is color coded to distinguish one beverage from another. The amount and order for mixing the ingredients in the pitcher are identified by parallel spaced measuring lines extending from the bottom to the top of the ruler. The lowermost measuring line on the ruler identifies the first ingredient added to the pitcher. The remaining ingredients are sequentially added to the pitcher to the level of the measuring line identifying each ingredient. The ingredients for mixing are added to the pitcher without requiring the volume of each ingredient to be separately measured and added. With the mixing ruler being releasably attached to the pitcher a set of mixing rulers for a collection of beverage recipes is available for use in mixing beverages in the pitcher.
