The communication state determination processing unit determines a communication state of a user terminal of a user who uses a facility. The payment processing unit executes a process concerning payment of a use price of the facility when the communication state determination processing unit determines that communication of the user terminal has been interrupted. The notification processing unit causes at least one of the user terminal and a facility terminal installed in the facility to notify predetermined information when the communication state determination processing unit determines that communication of the user terminal has been interrupted.

Abstract: This invention concerns a method and system for improving the security of transaction in an emulated Integrated Circuit. Methods and devices for pre-generating session keys for securing transactions are provided. The generated session key is obfuscated with a preventing data for unauthorized use and/or access of the session cryptographic and encrypted. This encrypted obfuscated key is provisioned from a remote computer to the communication device. The mobile application is configured to decrypt and de-obfuscate the received encrypted obfuscated session cryptographic key, during a transaction. The method may also include generating, by the communication device, a transaction cryptogram using the decrypted and de-obfuscated session cryptographic key, and sending by the communication device to the remote system the transaction cryptogram to conduct the transaction. The transaction can be authorized based on at least whether the decrypted and de-obfuscated session cryptographic key is the expected one.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method comprising providing a graphical user interface for user selection of fraud rules that comprises fraud transaction parameters determined based on transaction parameters included in a plurality of known fraudulent transactions. The GUI also comprises high risk merchants with a fraud rate that exceeds a threshold fraud rate. The method includes receiving a user selection of fraud rules relating to at least the fraud transaction parameters, the high risk merchants, and the high frequency merchants. The method includes receiving test transaction data including at least one transaction parameter and at least one merchant associated with the test transaction, applying the fraud rules to the received transaction data to identify probable fraudulent transactions.

Abstract: A system and method receive a plurality of crypto profiles that include customizable rules for different cryptocurrencies and operating state information that initialize containerized lending applications. The system and method ink the crypto profiles to a matching engine before the containerized lending applications and the matching engine match a plurality of borrower requests for a debt or an equity denominated in a cryptocurrency to lending requests. The system and method collect cryptocurrency payments in response to the use of the debt or the equity by the borrower. Each containerized lending application include executable software, runtime code, system tools, and system libraries that enable the containerized applications to run on two or more computing environments without modification.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for associating authentications and authorizations in connection with network interactions. An exemplary system includes a computing device configured to receive an authorization request for a network interaction from an acquirer, where the authorization request includes a primary account number (PAN) for a payment account and a transaction amount. The computing device is also configured to determine whether the authorization request includes an accountholder authentication value (AAV) and/or a transaction identifier (ID). In response to the authorization request including the AAV and the transaction ID, the computing device is configured to determine whether the AAV and the transaction ID are included in a data structure and, in response to them being included in the data structure, append a tag to the authorization request indicative of association of the authorization request to an authentication in the data structure associated with the AAV and the transaction ID.

Abstract: A system for optimizing music listening which enables a player to earn game based electronic lottery tokens. A lottery game token music platform may be accessed via a mobile application or website from a client system. A player may earn electronic cryptographic raffle/lottery tickets/tokens by listening to sound recordings via the lottery game token music platform and/or watching videos containing sound. Analytics are processed based on the player's listening behavior, including statics regarding the player's consumption of the sound recordings, biometrics regarding the user's identify to verify that the user is not a bot, and listening engagement scores. In this way, tokens may be allocated based on how long the player listens to the song and other additional affirmative actions. Tokens earned by players are then placed into a raffle lottery to award cash prizes. A random number generator may be used to determine the lottery winners.

Abstract: Provided herein is a computer-implemented method for provisioning a token to an appliance. The method includes registering an original account identifier to an appliance, wherein the original account identifier is not associated with any user when registered, associating a device token to the original account identifier, wherein the device token is stored by the appliance, associating a user account identifier to at least one of the device token and the original account identifier, receiving, from the appliance, a transaction request for a transaction, the transaction request including the device token, identifying the user account identifier based on the device token, determining that the transaction is authorized based at least partially on the user account identifier and the original account identifier registered to the at least one appliance, and in response to determining that the transaction is authorized, processing the transaction. Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media configured to facilitate execution of transactions via a money transfer network are disclosed. During execution of the transactions, tokenized identity information may be utilized when exchanging transaction data between geographically distributed nodes of the money transfer network and the transactions are recorded to a distributed ledger maintained by the nodes. Smart contracts may be utilized to digitally sign transactions at various stages of transaction processing, such as at different stages of regulatory compliance validation and to authenticate the validity of the requested transaction (e.g., prevent double-spends). Abstract: The invention presents a solution in which blockchain Transactions are created to implement the functionality of a logic gate. The invention may be implemented on the Bitcoin platform or an alternative blockchain platform. The transaction includes a locking script which comprises instructions selected so as to implement the functionality of a logic gate, such as the XOR gate. When the script is executed (because a second transaction is attempting to spend the output associated with the locking script) the inputs will be processed by the conditional instructions to provide an output of TRUE or FALSE. The inputs are pre-processed by one or more computing agents so that they are evaluated to TRUE or FASLE prior to being used as inputs to the script. The second transaction is transmitted to the blockchain network for validation and, if determined to be valid, it will be written to the blockchain. Validation of the second transaction can be interpreted as a TRUE output.
