  • Patent number: 9388806
Abstract: A reciprocating compressor is provided that may include an outer stator; an inner stator provided at an inner side of the outer stator with a predetermined gap therebetween; a mover configured to perform a reciprocating movement in the gap between the outer stator and the inner stator; a piston coupled to the mover to perform a reciprocating movement therewith; a cylinder, into which the piston may be inserted to form a compression space while performing a reciprocating movement; a frame coupled to the cylinder; a first support member coupled to the outer stator and the frame; and a second support member separated from the first support member, but coupled to the inner stator and the frame, thereby facilitating concentricity of the motor and compressor device, as well as simplifying an assembly process as the motor and compressor device are divided into several blocks for assembly.

  • Patent number: 9371837
Abstract: An air pump with internal automatic controller has a housing, and a low-pressure blower, a high-pressure blower, a first auto-stop controller and a second auto-stop controller mounted in the housing. The first auto-stop controller has a first casing, a first air pressure sensing film, a pushing element, a swing rod, a connecting rod, a rotation restricting element, a first micro switch, a rotational pressing rod, and a first turning button. With the low-pressure blower inflating an inflatable article with low pressure air, and with the first auto-stop controller stably and reliably controlling the low-pressure blower, the low-pressure blower stops working automatically. The first auto-stop controller has simplified structure and inflates the inflatable article without manual work, which is a great convenience to users.

  • Patent number: 9371828
Abstract: The present invention provides an external automatic control smart air pump, including a housing, an air blast device and an automatic control mechanism. By setting up the intake nozzle in such way that the second cavity is independently in communication therewith, the actual air pressure inside the inflatable object can be precisely measured. The fine motion switch is controlled with the coordination of the push button, rotating position limiting member, pressing member, air pressure sensing film, first restoring spring and second restoring spring, thereby realizing the auto stop control of the air pump. The structure of the present invention is simple, and the assembling process thereof is convenient. In addition, the present invention can be precisely controlled according to the actual air pressure inside the inflatable object, thereby bringing convenience for the user.

  • Patent number: 9353752
Abstract: An electrical submersible pump assembly includes a centrifugal pump having impellers and diffusers. A thrust runner is coupled to a motor shaft for rotation along with the impellers. The runner receives thrust from at least one of the impellers and transfers the thrust to a bushing non rotatably mounted in one of the diffusers. The bushing has a thrust transferring end adjacent a thrust receiving shoulder in the diffuser. The bushing is axially movable in the receptacle. An annular spring located between the thrust receiving shoulder in the receptacle and the thrust transferring end of the bushing urges the bushing away from the thrust receiving shoulder.

  • Patent number: 9334865
Abstract: An electrical submersible pump assembly has a centrifugal pump with stages, each having an impeller and a diffuser. A shaft extending from an electrical motor rotates the impellers. In the stages, a thrust runner is coupled to the shaft for rotation in unison. A bushing is non rotatably mounted in a receptacle in the diffuser. The bushing has a bore that receives the body of the runner in sliding, rotating engagement. The bushing has a thrust receiving end engaged by the thrust face of the runner in rotating, sliding engagement to transfer thrust from the runner to the diffuser. An elastomeric compliant member between a cylindrical exterior of the bushing and the receptacle allows limited radial movement of the bushing relative to the diffuser.

  • Patent number: 9328736
Abstract: A bearing that is used in a motor pump in which a liquid is, not only pumped by means of an impeller driven by the pump, but also is used to lubricate components of the motor pump including the motor pump shaft. The bearing is for supporting the shaft at at least one location of the shaft. The bearing is constructed of a bronze material having added thereto a small amount of graphite, preferably around 2.5%.
