  • Patent number: 10158696
Abstract: An object is to appropriately control the transmission of image data to a plurality of terminal devices such that the user's desired playback is performed when plural pieces of image data are replayed using the plurality of terminal devices on the user side. When predetermined identification information is received from a first terminal device, a management server apparatus transmits first image data to the first terminal device. Then, when predetermined identification information is received from a second terminal device different from the first terminal device, the management server apparatus transmits second image data related to the first image data to the second terminal device if the received predetermined identification information is the same as the identification information received from the first terminal device.

  • Patent number: 10120542
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for facilitating access to a resource represented in an image at a later time. A screen capture of an image displayed on a computing device is implemented. Metadata, including the resource location, resource navigation and positional metadata, regarding the source data of the screen capture image is generated. The generated metadata is then embedded into the screen capture image. The screen capture image with the embedded metadata is then transmitted to a different user. By embedding the metadata into the screen capture image, the user receiving the screen capture image will be able to reproduce the state of the source environment when the image was captured using the embedded metadata thereby opening the resource represented in the image.

  • Patent number: 10122594
Abstract: Provided is a method of identifying a monitoring template for a managed service based on a Service-Level Agreement (SLA). A tag on a monitoring template is compared with a tag on a service template used for implementing the managed service, wherein the tag on the service template is based on the SLA. • Patent number: 10091025
Abstract: A method and system for supporting a cross-domain communication session between communication platforms using a bridge server are provided. In one example, the method includes registering the bridge server with multiple platforms using a user identifier. A request is received from one of the platforms to establish a communication session with a user corresponding to the user identifier. A communication leg is created for each of the platforms. The leg from which the request was received is an incoming leg and the other legs are outgoing legs. The request is sent over the outgoing legs. An acceptance is received from one of the outgoing legs. A cancel message is sent over the outgoing legs from which the acceptance was not received. The acceptance is sent over the incoming leg. The incoming leg and the outgoing leg from which the acceptance was received are bridged to establish the session.

  • Patent number: 8055702
Abstract: A network caching system has a multi-protocol caching filer coupled to an origin server to provide storage virtualization of data served by the filer in response to data access requests issued by multi-protocol clients over a computer network. The multi-protocol caching filer includes a file system configured to manage a sparse volume that “virtualizes” a storage space of the data to thereby provide a cache function that enables access to data by the multi-protocol clients. To that end, the caching filer further includes a multi-protocol engine configured to translate the multi-protocol client data access requests into generic file system primitive operations executable by both the caching filer and the origin server.

  • Patent number: 7987288
Abstract: The invention relates to the routing of data packets comprising a target address in a packet switching data network. According to the invention, a first and second transmission path are assigned respective traffic distribution weightings in a routing table for individual target addresses that is assigned to a network node, said weightings indicating the respective allocated traffic load per transmission path. The maximum traffic distribution weighting is assigned to the respective first transmission path and the minimum traffic distribution weighting is assigned to the second transmission path. During undisturbed operation, data packets are routed via the first transmission path and if said path is interrupted, the packets are routed via the second transmission path.
