  • Patent number: 11429656
Abstract: Systems, devices, media, and methods are presented for scaled delivery of media content. The systems and methods assign a set of proposed designations to a plurality of media content. The systems and methods select a set of media content from the plurality of media content based on the set of proposed designations and distribute a subset of media content of the set of media content to a selected user of a plurality of users. The subset of media content is presented at a computing device associated with the selected user. The systems and methods receive a set of indicators for each media content of the subset of media content. Each indicator represents an interaction with a media content of the subset of media content. The systems and methods cause presentation of an interaction notification at the computing device associated with the selected user.

  • Patent number: 11418529
Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program are disclosed. The method may be performed by one or more processors and may comprise receiving first data representing an infrastructure of a computer network, the first data comprising an indication of hosts which form at least part of the computer network and one or more software resources on respective hosts. The method may also comprise receiving second data from a vulnerability scanning software, the second data comprising an indication of one or more vulnerabilities detected in the one or more software resources provided on at least some of the hosts of the computer network. Using a combination of the first data and the second data, output data may be generated representing a risk profile of the computer network infrastructure, the output data indicating one or more subsets of hosts, determined as being at risk of being affected by the detected vulnerabilities by virtue of the software resources they provide for output on a user interface.

  • Patent number: 11405409
Abstract: Examples include threat-aware copy data management. Responsive to a request to back up data, a threat level may be determined. Where the threat level is determined to be less than a threat level threshold, a data port between a first and second network domain may be opened. Conversely, the request may be denied where the threat level is determined to be at or greater than the threat level threshold.

  • Patent number: 11336750
Abstract: A system enables client to convert a command, which specifies applying a search pattern to a data object that is stored by server, into a remote procedure call, which specifies applying the search pattern to the data object that is stored by server, and to use a network connection between client and server to send the remote procedure call to server, in response to receiving the command. The system reads the data object from server, in response to receiving the remote procedure call. The system generates a match result by applying the search pattern to the data object. The system uses the network connection between client and server to send the match result to client as a part of a response to the remote procedure call, thereby enabling client to convert the response to the remote procedure call into a response, which comprises the match result, to the command.

  • Patent number: 11336471
Abstract: In one example, a session management function entity is configured to obtain an indication of a backup resource usage quota associated with a rating group of a user session for a user equipment configured to communicate via a mobile core network. The rating group is subject to online charging. The session management function entity determines that a charging function entity configured to provide an indication of a primary resource usage quota associated with the rating group is unreachable. In response to determining that the charging function entity is unreachable, the session management function entity allocates the backup resource usage quota associated with the rating group while the charging function entity is unreachable.

  • Patent number: 11330075
Abstract: A method of delivering dynamic web content by a proxy server is disclosed. A plurality of responses to requests for dynamic web content at a URL (uniform resource locator) is prefetched by a proxy server from an origin server. The plurality of prefetched responses is cached by the proxy server in a one-time cache, wherein each prefetched response cached in the one-time cache is served at most once and then removed from the one-time cache. A request from a client device for the dynamic web content at the URL is received by the proxy server. One of the plurality of prefetched responses cached in the one-time cache is served by the proxy server to the client device, wherein the one of the plurality of prefetched responses is removed from the one-time cache after the one of the plurality of prefetched responses has been served.

  • Patent number: 11271992
Abstract: Described herein are technologies directed to lazy lock queue reduction in computing clusters. The disclosed lazy lock queue reduction techniques can be performed in preparation for cluster group changes. Prior to a cluster group change operation, such as a merge or a split of a node with a group, a notification of a planned group change operation can be sent to the nodes of a group. In response to the notification, the nodes of the group can perform lazy lock queue reduction techniques disclosed herein. In one disclosed lazy lock queue reduction technique, a node can set a drain goal for a lazy lock queue, and the node can drain the lazy lock queue according to the drain goal. In another disclosed lazy lock queue reduction technique, a node can set an age limit for lazy lock queue entries, and the node can remove lazy lock queue entries which are expired or over the age limit.

  • Patent number: 11228510
Abstract: A generation identifier is employed with various systems and methods in order to identify situations where a workload has been reassigned to a new node and where a workload is still being processed by an old node during a failure between nodes. A master node may assign a workload to a worker node. The worker node sends a request to access target data. The request may be associated with a generation identifier and workload identifier that identifies the node and workload. At some point, a failure occurs between the master node and worker node. The master node reassigns the workload to another worker node. The new worker node accesses the target data with a different generation identifier, indicating to the storage system that the workload has been reassigned. The old worker node receives an indication from the storage system that the workload has been reassigned and stops processing the workload.

  • Patent number: 11223668
Abstract: A method and detector for detecting anomalies among media event sequences are disclosed. One method includes obtaining a first profile of media event data over a first time period, where the first profile is a first distribution of different media event sequences. Each sequence is associated with a number of occurrences of the sequence and the first profile having a first profile vector. The method further includes obtaining a second profile of media event data over a second time period less than the first time period. The second profile is a second distribution of the different media sequences and the second profile having a second profile vector. The method also includes comparing the first profile vector and the second profile vector, and determining one of a presence and absence of at least one anomaly in the second profile vector of media event data based on the comparison.
