Abstract: A blind spectrum sensing method and device based on fast Fourier transform. The method comprises: the spectrum sensing device receives a signal on an authorized spectrum band, calculates an autocorrelation coefficient of the received signal after sampling and filtering same, then performs a fast Fourier transform of the autocorrelation coefficient, acquires the modulus of the transform result, constructs determination variables on the basis of the modulus, and determine whether or not a signal of an authorized user is present. The method and device have the advantages of low calculation complexity, obviated need for authorization information characteristic, and insensitivity towards noise uncertainty, and are of great performance.
Abstract: A method, system and devices provide for transmitting, by a first device, a body area network (BAN) session initiation signal indicating an availability to establish an on-body communication with a second device. At least one BAN acknowledgement signal is received by the first device from the second device. The first device determines whether one of the at least one BAN acknowledgement signal is received via conducting across a body. The first device proceeds with BAN session initiation based on determining that one of the at least one BAN acknowledgement signal is received via conducting across a body and terminates BAN session initiation based on not determining that one of the at least one BAN acknowledgement signal is received via conducting across a body.

Abstract: A portable electronic device including a battery, a metal element, a control circuit and a plurality of impedance elements is provided. The battery is disposed in a carrier. The metal element receives a feeding signal through a feeding point to generate at least one radio-frequency signal. An orthogonal projection of the metal element on the carrier is overlapped with an orthogonal projection of the battery on the carrier. The control circuit is configured to control the battery so that a plurality of operation signals are transmitted between the battery and the control circuit. The plurality of impedance elements are electrically connected between the battery and the control circuit, and the plurality of impedance elements transmit the plurality of operation signals and block the at least one radio-frequency signal.
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for controlling uplink power of a user equipment, where the method includes: separately acquiring first maximum transmit power of the user equipment corresponding to a first subframe and second maximum transmit power of the user equipment corresponding to a second subframe; and when the first maximum transmit power and the second maximum transmit power are different, using a minimum value of the first maximum transmit power and the second maximum transmit power as first configured maximum transmit power, and performing power control over transmit power of multiple carriers in an overlap region according to the first configured maximum transmit power, so that total transmit power of the multiple carriers in the overlap region after the power control is lower than or equal to the minimum value of the first maximum transmit power and the second maximum transmit power.
Abstract: An increase in communication load in a network due to increasing messages for requesting information is suppressed. When a message for requesting information and a response message thereto are sent and received between a communication device (N1-Nn) that is an information requester and an information provider (Nx) on a network (NW) via a communication device (1), the communication device (1) stores the information acquired from the response message in a response information storage section (4), and when any communication device requests at least part of the same information, a control section (5) creates a response message including the requested information and responds.

Abstract: A method and system for capturing, storing, and streaming over the air broadcasts based on user requests is disclosed. The system and method utilize subarrays of antenna elements for receiving over the air broadcasts. Processing pipelines are used to demodulate, transcode and index the content transmissions to produce content data that are streamed to users. In this way, the feeds from antennas can be accessed by users over a network connection.
