Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed identification of demand for documentation for particular languages and facilitate modification of documentation to the particular languages based upon demand. A multi-region document revision model which includes a correction factor, provides for monitoring of how information is being consumed in different regions via different platforms. Identification is performed for demand for documentation for particular languages and facilitates modification of documentation to the particular languages based upon demand. Various internal and external social media platforms are searched to provide a data set which can then be used to customize a language set for a particular language. In certain implementations the documentation includes respective semantic files which are used by a /business unit to validate and update the documentation.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for a ride-sharing system. The ride-sharing system includes a ride-sharing platform. The ride-sharing platform includes a memory that is configured to store a driver profile and a processor that is coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to obtain a start location, a destination location and a rider profile. The processor is configured to determine a rider vulnerability score based on the rider profile and determine a route risk score based on the current location, the destination location and an expected route. The processor is configured to determine a driver risk score based on the driver profile. The processor is configured to generate a ride-share risk score based on the ride vulnerability score, the route risk score and the driver risk score and provide the ride-share risk score to a user device.

Abstract: In the present disclosure, analytics are applied to work items while the work items are waiting in a work queue in order to optimize the routing and allocation of work items to agents in the most efficient manner possible, while optimizing agents being assigned to work items they are most qualified to handle. By performing a look ahead at more than the initial work item, the system assesses the agent skills required by imminent work items in the work queue. This is then compared to a skillset of each available and/or soon to be available agent in order to achieve the optimal allocation of the work items to maximize the work item being assigned the best qualified agent. The work items are then routed to the agents accordingly.

Abstract: A system for retrieving messages of a supply process in a supply chain and methods for making and using the same. The system may bind a message received from a player of the supply chain with existing related messages, build a binding message set based on bound messages and retrieve the messages based on the binding message set. Messages issued by the player may follow frameworks generated between the player and other players of the supply chain. In accordance to a specific framework, a message between two players may have a common data element and may follow rules proscribed within the framework. Global standards or common data elements is not required, thereby permitting each participant in the supply chain to transmit messages in their preferred format.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises an analytic server for data rationalization and migration. The server receives data from a plurality of electronic data sources and stores the received data into a database within a central hub. The server demobilizes the data and performs enhancement on the data to prepare the data for complex calculation. The server copies the enhanced data to an operational data store, performs various calculation functions that filer, rationalize the data, and create data linkage. The server copies back the calculation result to the database for further processing and downstream consumption. The calculation results provide a consolidated view of data from different source systems and satisfy the reporting needs for different consumers. The server uses common data model to generate reports for different consumers. After the data migration and consolidation into a central hub, the server decommissions legacy components.

Abstract: Systems, method and computer program products for presenting to a user a visualization of a vehicle dealer performance assessment based on dealer location and vehicle sales transaction data, where the assessment is based on geographically normalized metrics. Dealer location data and historical vehicle sales transaction data is collected by a in a vehicle data system from external data sources. Distances from dealers to geographical regions of interest are determined, and differences between these distances are normalized to produce competition zone indices for the geographical regions. The competition zone indices are then used to aggregate the geographical regions into different competition zones in which dealers of interest have corresponding levels of competitive advantage or disadvantage, normalized according to typical distances associated with transactions in the respective geographical regions.

According to one embodiment, performing skills-based task assignments in a task routing system can comprise identifying a team of agents. The team of agents can comprise a plurality of agents handling a currently assigned task but expected to become available for assignment of a new task. Each agent of the team of agents can be earmarked to one of a plurality of new tasks selected from a queue of tasks. At some point, one of the agents of the team can be detected as being available and the agent detected as being available can be assigned to one of the plurality of new tasks based at least in part on consideration of the earmarking of the agents of the team to the plurality of new tasks.

A composite weighting factor is assigned to each contact record based on user configurable weighting factors, such as date of the last contact interaction. A game metaphor simulating an actor performing a task where a person is interacting with a distance object is presented, the visualization visualizing the user as the actor, each contact visualized as the distant object, and the distance of the distant object scaled proportionally according to the assigned weighting factor of the corresponding contact.

Abstract: Embodiments herein describe a return network simulation system that can simulate changes in a retailer's return network to determine the impact of those changes. Advantageously, being able to accurately simulate the retailer's return network means changes can be evaluated without first making those adjustments in the physical return network. Doing so avoids the cost of implementing the changes on the return network without first being able to predict whether the changes will have a net positive result (e.g., a positive result that offsets any negative results). A retailer can first simulate the change on the return network, review how the change affects one or more KPIs, and then decide whether to implement the change in the actual return network. As a result, the retailer has a reliable indicator whether the changes will result in a desired effect.
