The second video is transmitted to a display device. The second video is displayed on a display area positioned on a second side of the obstruction. A third video, comprising a real-time representation of the display area, is received. The set of video parameters are modified to generate a modified set of video parameters, based upon a comparison of the third video with the first video. The first video is processed using the modified set of parameters to generate an updated instance of the second video.

Upon imaging the products on the stages of the tray, the camera system determines the size and number of products on the tray without user imputation. A light source assembly provides illumination to ensure bright field of vision for the cameras to read codes contained on the products that relay information on the previous calculation of the number of components stored on the products. After the X-ray generator images the products, a computer system determines the current number of components stored on the products. New labels may be printed to reflect any changes in the information for the products.

In exemplary embodiments, a texture map of an area of skin is generated from a combination of a standard white light image, a parallel-polarized image, and a cross-polarized image of the area of skin. The texture map is then flattened to remove the underlying curvature of the skin. A texture roughness metric is then generated based on the flattened texture map. An image of the texture map and the metric can be displayed to provide visual and alphanumeric representations of the texture of skin, thereby facilitating the comparison of baseline and follow-up images of the skin, such as those taken before and after treatment.

    Abstract: On-demand, post-production de-mura of a television is described herein. An example system includes a television that comprises a screen and a local de-mura application. In operation, the mobile de-mura module identifies and quantifies mura in the screen of the television for a given IRE index. These operations are repeatedly performed in a measurement loop that iterates over a range of IRE indexes. Raw uniformity data is generated from such iterations. The local de-mura application uses the uniformity data to de-mura the screen and improve gray uniformity performance of the television. Further, the mobile de-mura module and the local de-mura application are configured to fine tune and further de-mura the screen by iterating a verification loop over a range of IRE indexes, wherein operation of the verification loop is substantially similar to operation of the measurement loop.
