Abstract: A combination type bag includes a main bag member, a coupling unit, a secondary bag member, and a connecting unit, wherein once the main bag member is combined with the secondary bag member through the connecting unit, a firm containing structure is formed. The coupling unit and the connecting unit are adjustable at their connecting/engaging locations, and therefore the capacity of the combination type bag could be varied along two dimensions (height and width). The structure of the combination type bag is rigidly constructed, which is unlikely to deform. Its capacity could be varied to meet the requirement of the user, and its rigid structure is suitable to be used under any circumstances.

A deployable container is provided, deployable to define an auxiliary storage compartment external to the main storage compartment. The deployable container has a stored configuration and a deployed configuration. When in the stored configuration, the deployable container is collapsed, such that a first end thereof and a second end thereof are in adjacent positions. When in the deployed configuration, the first end of the deployable container is retained at its original position, while the second end of the deployable container is extended away from the first end. The auxiliary storage compartment is defined between the first end and the second end of the deployable container.

Abstract: A convertible handbag includes a body having front and rear sides and a bottom forming an interior compartment. The body has a bottom portion including the bottom, a top portion, and an intermediate portion connecting the top and bottom portions. The top portion is foldable into and out of the interior compartment to convert the body between a tote and a purse. Each side has a bottom pair of openings in the intermediate portion and a top pair of openings in the top portion. Front and rear continuous-loops of flexible material extend through both the top and bottom openings so that the continuous-loops can be pulled from the top pairs of openings to form loop handles extending from the top openings when the body is a tote and can be pulled from the bottom openings to form loop handles extending from the bottom openings when the body is a purse.
Abstract: A light-weight case is provided that is cut-resistant, fire-resistant and/or water-proof and that can be easily locked and fasten to stationary objects. The exterior of the case is substantially cut-resistant, while the interior layers can be layers that are fire-resistant, water-proof, any type of padding or nylon for protecting the objects stored in the case. To protect the case from being stolen, a steel cable is threaded through a hole formed by two concentrically aligned grommets and locked to or around a stationary object.
