  • Patent number: 12253916
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to a database recovery routine to start up a database system in response to a database failure. The database system accesses checkpoint information identifying a set of active database transactions that were active at a flush point that occurred before the database failure. As a part of the database recovery routine, the database system replays database transactions that occurred between a recovery point and the flush point. The database transactions include the set of active database transactions but exclude any committed or aborted database transactions that occurred between the recovery point and the flush point such that less than a total number of database transactions occurring between the recovery point and the flush point are replayed. The database system further replays, without excluding committed or aborted database transactions, database transactions occurring between the flush point and a recovery end point at which the database failure occurred.

In response to the detection, remedial actions that to alleviate the unsafe UL beam condition may be performed. The remedial actions may prioritize UL beam quality over DL beam quality and may include reducing a transmit power of the UL beam based on an MPR, triggering an intra-panel antenna switch to a candidate UL beam that satisfies one or more conditions for intra-panel beam switching, triggering an inter-panel antenna switch to a candidate UL beam that satisfies one or more conditions for intra-panel beam switching, and/or signaling a beam failure to a network serving the UE.

  • Patent number: 12235794
Abstract: A system can comprise a processor and a memory that can store executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations comprising attaching a protection policy associated with a rule to a storage object, wherein the rule can be applicable to prevent redundant snapshot creation. The operations can further comprise, in response to the attaching of the protection policy to the storage object, triggering creation of a first snapshot and a second snapshot of the storage object. The operations can further comprise detecting any uniquely allocated storage regions between the first snapshot and the second snapshot. The operations can further comprise, based on a determination of whether any extra bits of the any uniquely allocated storage regions are unallocated or zeroed out, determining whether to prevent a third creation of a third snapshot external to the first snapshot and the second snapshot.

  • Patent number: 12222945
Abstract: Solutions are disclosed that enable efficient federated graph queries across multiple isolated data stores. Examples leverage the connectedness of the expected data that spans the data stores by defining the entities and relationships and inferring the intent of the queries. These are used to optimize data searches in the individual data stores. Examples map each of two or more variables of the input query to elements of a public schema and use the mapping to determining a storage tag (identifying a data store) for each of the variables of the input query. Store-specific queries are scheduled and performed based on at least the storage tags.
