For example, a pattern within an advertisement payload can be transmitted, or beaconed, by the peripheral device to the host device, where the host device then identifies, based on the pattern, that the peripheral device is quick pair enabled. When the peripheral device is within range, the host device then automatically surfaces a toast for the user to pair the two devices, and moves the toast to a notification center in case the user wishes to pair the device at a later time.

Collection queries may be saved and scheduled to run and periodically update the summarization information.
